Overpriced but good otherwise
It’s clean and the front desk welcome you and even the staff.I am from the U.S. and will surely use it again.First they brought you a gift and welcome you to the hotel.
Everything was great. Hotel is a bit old but clean and nice. Didnt like that i had to leave village to explore other restaurants or to do activities.
Other than that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast was also great and had ebough varieties of food.
Hôtel très agréable
Bon petit déjeuner
Belle plage et belle piscine
Chambre standard
Very beautiful property with a nice location. For people who wish to have a quiet time off, this is the best spot with a beautiful view, calm atmosphere, lovely pool and private beach.
The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. My room was very clean and the food at the hotel is amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel and will surely return back.
Everything is great, and everyone on staff—especially Mis Hanan—is so kind and accommodating. We had a great week exploring Alexandria's pleasant weather and staying at the Paradise Inn Beach.
Apart from a little inconvenience finding the hotel and paying additional fees to enter the area, we were very satisfied to stay in this beutiful hotel. Staffs are friendly and excellent food to be ordered 24hrs is a great facility!
We enjoyed the grand breakfast by the beach. Kids enjoyed the huge pool and facilities inside the suit! Grand design and decoration.
Only other thing is that the carpets could be cleaner and multiple cats around you could annoy/scare you at times.
Simply all the staff were excellent to us,
breakfast was first class, had a private beach too.
We had a great time, thank you Paradise Inn.
Nice location on a sandy beach.
Pros:
Sandy beach
Nice breakfast
Friendly staff
Prime location on Mamoura
Safe area
Large swimming pool
Free parking on the street in front of the property
Cons:
Poor internet connections. Not available most of the time
Only One large towel on the room for two adults.
You need to pay entrance fee to enter the Mamoura for each person. I paid once for each person and the hotel gave one card to use that will cover one person only. So if you plan to leave Mamoura to get food or visit attraction you will have to pay when you return for each person(30 LE).
Staff is helpful and always smiling specially reception team.
The dark side:
The price was to much for the quality of the facility. The internet service was not working despite several communication with the hotel staff. The buffet provide decent food but the quality and sanitation need to be improved.
The private beach is OK but I was expecting that the sea would be better.
The bright side:
The are surrounding the hotel is nice at night time. The staff are nice and smiling.
The hotel staff were really friendly. The swimming pool is excellent and the beach is so close and well kept. The rooms were excellent.
The hotel is situated in a compound. To get in for the first time a small fee is required. This needs to be made clearer.
I would recommend this hotel as it is a very well run establishment frequented mainly by Egyptians.
A very bad experience
The property has an excellent location. Food is good and hotel is clean. However, a lot of basic things needs urgent maintenance. For example, toilet paper holder fell apart, there was notorious problems with opening front and bathroom door . I locked up myself in the middle of the night in the bathroom!!!
Another thing, the building has nice decor but few big pieces of the fasade fell down right were we were sitting!!!! They would easy hurt us or even kill. This is not only unacceptable but extremely dangerous!!!!
Also, staff that works on the beach was not very thoughtful at time. One guy assumed that I’m not hotel’s guest and wanted me to leave private beach. Food was served on table full of sand.
This is the best place for relaxation and spending a very nice vacation. Place is clean, everywhere: rooms, beach, pool area ...etc. Staff is very friendly and polite. Everyone will make sure your stay is wonderful. Landscaping is beautiful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. The only negative things is their WiFi connection and food prices. They advertise that they provide WiFi but you can't do anything online with it. It's virtually unavailable. Their food and drinks prices are 3 or more times more than similar resorts; extremely expensive.
Everything was perfect
Staff was friendly
Delicious Breakfast specially fresh juice
Free parking at site
Pool is amazing and relaxing
Wonderful sandy beach
Things i didn't like
Old furniture everywhere ( u may find broken chairs)
Mattress was not so comfy
CONNECTED ROOMS WERE NOISY FROM NEXT DOOR AND FROM GARDEN AND MADE ME NOT SLEEP
It’s overpriced
The smell is too bad
Everything was horrible
I spent $335 in one night for trash place
Exceptional trip. Thank you
