I liked the pool, all the magnificent plants and palm trees and the garden spaces, the space at the sea and the balcony attached to the room. The breakfast place at the sea. The staff was mostly very helpful and polite.
The service and the food in the White Angel restaurant was awful. We waited 20 min only to get the menu and for ages to be served. The responsible waiter created a very bad atmosphere, making the impression that we had to comply with his ideas of a dinner, not at all being attentive to our needs nor ready to repond to our wishes. After serving everyone but one person at our table he wished us a happy meal and would have left if we hadn't intervened. The food choice was very limited, mainly European food like pizza. Unfortunately the pizza tasted worse than a cheep frozen pizza and also the greek salad was quite dry and rather tasteless.

The location is great. Our room had an amazing view of the Sea. The Staff were very friendly, always ready to assist. The room service decorated our bed on our last night, which was really sweet of them.

I love the facility, but unfortunately my experience was affected by several issues.
The housekeeping staff were very loud, constantly talking and shouting, which made it hard for me to relax or sleep, especially since my room is next to their rest/changing area.
The music at the pool was also very disturbing. It was loud electric guitar music played for many hours, which was neither relaxing nor suitable for the atmosphere. When I complained, I was told it was management’s choice. I asked to speak to a manager, who said it couldn’t be changed. The next day, a duty manager tried to help, which I appreciate.
Additionally, my room (107) has a poor layout. It is very close to the housekeeping area and equipment, and the entrance is unsafe, with three stairs directly at the door and no proper space to step in. This made me worried about falling every time I entered or left.
Overall, this was one of my worst stays.
