Great location, very close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked to see more variety. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

One of the beach staff members was very rude to my family and repeatedly asked us, more than three times, to leave our beach chairs so they could clean them. This was reported, and the supervisor apologized, which I appreciated. I also requested an extra bed, but it was delivered without pillows. After asking for them, we had to wait until around 1:00 AM before they arrived. This definitely needs improvement. In addition, some room amenities should be replaced, as the trash bin was rusty and the mini fridge was leaking water.

موقع رائع و ستاف مهذب و متعاون و تجهيزات فقيرة لا تناسب فندق 4 نجوم و لا تناسب اسعار الاقامة

الموقع ممتاز و العاملين متعاونين لابعد مدى و يمتازوا بالأدب و النظافة

فقر التجهيزات فى الغرف و المطعم و عدم تنوع الطعام و كذلك التباين فى طريقة الحساب ما بين طلب ايداع نقدى او التعامل كاش او بفاتورة عند المغادرة مما يخلق اخطاء محاسبية كذلك عدم وجود منقذين على الشاطئ و عمل منقذ حمام السباحة بتوزيع الفوط و كذلك عدم الاهتمام بالأحداث الفنية و الرياضية و غياب تنوع الترفيه

Pros:

Private beach, great pool. Friendly & attentive staff.

Cons:

Breakfast not great. More fresh fruit would have been good. Yogurt not kept refrigerated. Coffee poor. Stray cats everywhere, use private beach as toilet. Poolside Music too loud after hours. Can be heard from inside guest rooms.

All Staff members are welcoming.
Miss Hanan from house keeping is very helpful and cheerful, Mr Khaled from reception is very professional person
