Ce fut une belle expérience.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. L’emplacement est très pratique et les services proposés sont vraiment de qualité.

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement la réceptionniste Valène pour son professionnalisme. Elle est très à l’écoute des clients, agréable et toujours attentive, ce qui rend l’accueil encore plus chaleureux.

Plus globalement, j’ai eu une excellente expérience. Tout le personnel est professionnel, souriant et attentif : de l’accueil au restaurant, en passant par le service de chambre et même les techniciennes de surface.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Libreville.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler sur ce point, si ce n’est peut-être un lit légèrement moins confortable. Cela dit, rien de vraiment gênant dans l’ensemble.

Asked for pool towel - took 45 minutes to get one.
Hotel was 40% empty - still couldn’t check in 1 hour before official check in time.

Par quoi commencer ?! Plusieurs tentatives d’arnaque ou les restau très cher pour rien ? Ps grand choix buffet très européen et même le service en chambre très cher ! Pour les arnaques : déjà ne changez pas vos euros en réception partez au bureau de change je n’ai su que la dernière journée que c’était plus avantageux aussi quand vous changez 50 euros on ne vous rend pas 750 francs ce qui est bcp là-bas.. on me dit on vous l’envoie en chambre et je n’ai jamais rien reçu bon bref passons pourboire forcé. La cerise sur le gâteau j’ai commandé à dîner une salade et une soupe déjà très cher ( et très fade) on me ramène un reçu contenant la salade seulement à 7500 et on me dit il a oublié de noté la soupe il vous a marqué le total au stylo. Je lui demande de repartir et revenir avec un reçu correct imprime et non qq chose écrit au stylo et il y’avait près de 2000 franc de différence encore un pourboire forcé ? Bref certain employé sont sympa d’autres pas vraiment. Je trouve tout ça honteux pour un hôtel connu mondialement ces pratiques ne devraient pas être toléré et le système est fait pour vous décourager à vous plaindre il faut envoyé un mail la messagerie booking ne sert à rien ! Ah et pas de frigo dans les chambres, et le sol est sale ! Et on ne donne meme pas de pantoufles. Franchement ne bookez pas il ya le Crystal qui est très bien rapport qualité prix je ne sais pas pk je n’ai pas pris cet hôtel pour ma 2ème visite. Sauf si vous voulez absolument la vue sur mer c’est autre chose il n’y a pas grand choix à Libreville en tout cas faite attentions aux additions pour la nourrice il ya l’escale royale à côté vous prenez un taxi pour 200 franc vers la droite en sortant de l’hôtel.
