“Teatro Restaurant” will be temporarily closed from 14th March 2022 till 28th March 2022 for renovation. Alternatively Breakfast & Dinner buffets will be served with the same operational hours at “Zaatar Restaurant”.

The room size and cleanness
I would have loved to give ZERO rating.
I am very disappointed with this hotel and honestly do not understand how it operates under the Hilton name. My stay was far below what I would expect from a Hilton-branded property.
My wife and I stayed for only one night as a stopover during a long driving journey. At check-in, I clearly explained that my only requirement was a quiet room to rest and sleep early.
The receptionist said I had been upgraded to a room overlooking the swimming pool. I told him I did not need an upgrade, I only needed quietness. He assured me the room would be calm.
Unfortunately, there was a wedding party that night with extremely loud music. I normally sleep around 10:00 PM, but I could not sleep until around 2:30 AM. The whole purpose of my stay was ruined.
When I contacted the front desk, they said they could move me to a backside room where the noise was less. This was very frustrating because it means a quieter room was available from the beginning, yet they still gave me a noisy room despite my clear request.
Checkout was also unpleasant. After handing over the room and garage keys, I had to wait around 20 minutes in the garage for the gate to be opened, due to te miss communication and lack of coordination between the front desk and the garage gate keeper.
In my opinion, this hotel seems to care more about hosting events and parties than protecting the comfort of its guests. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quietness, or a proper night’s sleep.

"The hotel’s design and overall level of luxury are excellent. The breakfast was also very good. Additionally, once I settled in, the service during the wedding event I attended was outstanding, and the staff were very attentive to every detail."
"The check-in experience was quite frustrating. Upon arriving at around 3:30 PM, I asked about dining options for lunch. The first restaurant wasn't ready and asked me to wait 30 minutes; when I returned, I was asked to wait another 30 minutes, which was unacceptable. I then tried the second restaurant by the pool, only to be told it was fully booked for a delegation. They initially suggested I sit outside without air conditioning, but after I objected, they eventually found me a table. While a staff member I was in contact with via WhatsApp did apologize and offered a complimentary orange juice, the whole situation was stressful and left me feeling quite uncomfortable and uneasy at the start of my stay."
May the breakfast was the only good thing
1-They made me pay for parking although it was just vacant land not underground parking or shaded
2- they wakedme up me in the room at 1:30 am to check about check for dinner which they can send it to reception to pay it while checking out
It was clean, stylish and had what we needed.
The spa was great and the pool was good. Restaurants were good. The garden was pretty for our wedding photo session.
We requested dry cleaning the same day, this service was very prompt and good. They also refused to take 3 wedding dresses for same day dry cleaning as they were concerned about damage to the dresses, this shows high standards.
We got a cake as a wedding gift in our room which was a nice gesture from the hotel.
The place was incredibly noisy, there were weddings EVERYWHERE and the music was LOUD and on until 2-3 am! It was very uncomfortable. The rooms need better sound proofing. Another uncomfortable thing is having a wedding venue on the pool area without making a separate area for normal daily use of the pool. Its uncomfortable to be in a swimsuit and walking in and out of the lobby while walking through someone’s engagement.
The staff were uncoordinated, there was bad communication about our photography session, room service needed several calls to chase and took ages to respond (i only needed a few mugs). The staff really stressed us out with booking in details, taking ages to respond to our needs and confronting us unnecessarily and repeatedly on and before our wedding day for minor reasons.
There was no alternative milk anywhere!! You need to include at least soya milk for those allergic to milk! I spent 3 days without coffee which wasn’t nice for a holiday setting. This is a standard in Europe and the US.
