The hotel was in a good location. Several dining options very close by. Transportation in and out of the hotel area was readily available. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that there was several nightclubs near the hotel. At night time there was often loud music, which could be heard inside the room. Of course, that is not the hotels fault, but is worth noting.

I stayed for a week in this hotel, to begin with the attention was terrible we paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel and the people in the lobby are very rude they put many meaningless restrictions there was never parking in the hotel and we had to go to another hotel to look for parking without caring that we were with underage children in the rain the food was lousy the same every day, if they want to change dollars even for a little stain they do not change them…

I really liked the property they moved us to which is in the hotel district in Plamira. We stayed in the San Martin and its great value.

The staff as always was friendly and helpful with everything I needed and requested, the Hotel is fine but need to Update the rooms and the parking, other then that is perfect

Get around any place fast, excellent service ! They greet you since you arrive and check in is smooth with no surprises and a smile! Good breakfast money wise and parking right next door at no cost

The staff were super helpful. The area is clean and SAFE. The parking lot is secure with guards on both sides. I love this hotel!!!!

3 nights stay. The breakfast buffet was good. This hotel is part of a group of nearby hotels. They share their amenities. You can walk to the hotel across the street to have access to the fitness room. Had a difficult time ironing my cloth as the iron was somewhat filthy. The bed was not great nor bad. The water mixer of the shower is really hard to balance.

Very unproffesional staff specially front desk and restaurant. The room was okay, confortable and clean. A noise kept coming from somewhere on my floor which sounded like something electrical turning on and off.

The Hotel Staff was nice, very good restaurant , the location is good and quite.

The hotel is too old for the price compared to other countries (where life is more expensive and hotels like this are very cheap). The Hotel Staff at the lobby get easily upset when you complain for something.
Also hotel staff is not used to handle expedia reservations.
The telephone in the room didn't work.
They don't have capuccino.

I thought Expedia will charge me for the room as they did in other ocation for other hotels, but when I did my chak out I found out that I had pay the room right there and I was not prepare to do that.
Expedia should tell the customer either the charge will come from them or at the check out of the hotel.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that i requested two beds and for the first 2 night they only gave me one it wasn't until mi roommate complaint about that these was taken care of and there's the "additional 16% taxes plus breakfast not included by the time these was all done I'm looking at 130 for these amount there's almost better accommodations elsewhere.

I had to change room becouse the shower did not work.
