Every department—from security and the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant—consistently delivered outstanding service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their dedication made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout my entire stay.

I would like to give special recognition to a few staff members who made my stay even more memorable. Jalal at the restaurant always greeted guests with a warm smile and provided attentive, friendly service. Zihan at the front desk was consistently professional, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any request. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Shompa and Rayhan from housekeeping, who kept my room impeccably clean every single day. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were truly impressive.
What impressed me most was the consistency of the service. Regardless of the time of day, every staff member I encountered was courteous, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. It is not often that you experience such a strong culture of hospitality across an entire hotel.

Best value for money, good location, most of all excellent all around services including room services, front desk and cafe. The breakfast are fantastics free flowing freshly squeezed juices, western and local dishes. I will return to this hotel. The gym is small but complete. Mr Jalal and the cafe team left me with a good impression.

Location

The room space was adequate with good atmosphere, it was very clean and was maintained at very high standards, the noise levels were minimal, the service excellent and amenities very good.

Value for money was excellent and the location in respect to the airport excellent.
The only concern was the room faced other properties which made it difficult to keep the curtains open and so no natural light.
