Conveniently located next to the airport. Room is comfortable and clean. Liza, the hostess at breakfast, was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed.

Wonderful experience as always! Staff is the best you can find ,management ,housekeeping,restaurant staff,reception staff and mostly the amazing Ema who is extremely professional and helpful ! Thank you all

The rooms really have to be renovated/fixed.They are small and rather dingy.
The bathroom shower was not working properly. The bathroom also looked dirty .
The breakfast is average. They ran out of multigrain bread and were unable to replenish. The live omlette counter was good. Fruit selection is mediocre.
The in room dining menu is very limited especially for veg options.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
They had renovations and a lot of noise. with ramadan, work finished at 3 pm and I would be back at the hotel at 3.30 pm and had to live with someone banging on my head untill 6 pm. It should be clearly mentioned while making the booking that the hotel is going through renovations.
The location is very good , its 10 minutes to the airport.

My experience was very good overall. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly at all times which was a great help and pleasurable. The one issue was construction happening on the roof which caused loud noise at times when I was working in my room but that should be short lived. They offered to move me but I decided to stay. The breakfast was nice each day and Liza was especially helpful. The rooms are perfectly well appointed for the stay. I availed myself of the laundry service which was excellent although returned a bit later than expected. It is also very close to the airport. I will definitely plan to stay here again when in Dhaka.

We had a really great stay at the Darker Hotel. The workout facilities were very good and well maintained, which I really appreciated.

My stay at Best Western Plus Maple Leaf was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent — it is close to the airport and opposite the Police Headquarters, making it a safe place to stay in Dhaka.

The staff are very good and cooperative. The housekeeping team, especially Shompa and her team, provide excellent service. They are always available to support guests and ensure the rooms are well maintained.

Hotel is clean and safe. Rooftop steak is excellent. During breakfast, I'm quite impress their service. Especially Ms.Liza, she remember what is my favorite and arrange it for very fast.

I had a 15 hour layover and the hotel was very close to the airport. I paid $9 (one way) for the hotel taxi to drop me to the airport.
