Best Western Plus Maple Leaf

My experience was very good overall. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly at all times which was a great help and pleasurable. The one issue was construction happening on the roof which caused loud noise at times when I was working in my room but that should be short lived. They offered to move me but I decided to stay. The breakfast was nice each day and Liza was especially helpful. The rooms are perfectly well appointed for the stay. I availed myself of the laundry service which was excellent although returned a bit later than expected. It is also very close to the airport. I will definitely plan to stay here again when in Dhaka.

I have been staying at Best Western Plus Maple Leaf for the past three years, visiting multiple times, and it has consistently provided an excellent experience.

We had a really great stay at the Darker Hotel. The workout facilities were very good and well maintained, which I really appreciated.

My stay at Best Western Plus Maple Leaf was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent — it is close to the airport and opposite the Police Headquarters, making it a safe place to stay in Dhaka.

The staff are very good and cooperative. The housekeeping team, especially Shompa and her team, provide excellent service. They are always available to support guests and ensure the rooms are well maintained.

Hotel is clean and safe. Rooftop steak is excellent. During breakfast, I'm quite impress their service. Especially Ms.Liza, she remember what is my favorite and arrange it for very fast.

I had a 15 hour layover and the hotel was very close to the airport. I paid $9 (one way) for the hotel taxi to drop me to the airport.

The over all service was really so good. The room, housekeeping, restaurant was really satisfying. The housekeeping Sohel & milon was good & we'll behaved. Dipayan chakma fron the restaurant was also good & appreciated.

Location wise excellent for international customers. Rooms are very good. I was an walked in customer, so price was a bit higher. In breakfast Liza provided excellent service. Overall security, service was excellent.

The hotel is well maintained with good quality restaurants and food options. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Ema, Rakib & Tanvir from the hotel also celebrated my birthday there, not making me feel alone far away from home.
