I liked everything. The entire staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, and there was a large balcony—I’d actually call it a terrace. The linens were clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was great, with something new every day. The hotel offers its own airport transfer service for $20 USD. It has a good location, right near an outlet store. The hotel is set slightly back from the main street, so it’s very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe to me; we went for evening walks and had no issues at all. For anyone interested, there are several bars nearby where you can enjoy local beer or other alcoholic drinks. I recommend this hotel.

The environment was pleasant, and the place was wonderful, with excellent behavior from everyone. Mr. Dhrubo was very helpful at the front desk, and Mr. Lince was as well. I would definitely visit more.

All staff members are very generous and full of hospitality! Mr Dhrubo and Mr Sami are very kind to arrange airport pick up and everything! They did many things making my boss feel comfortable, which is helpful for me !

Good experience. Staffs are well mannered. Shafayet and Lince provided great service. They bumped our room to penthouse. Overall a great stay. Looking forward to visit again. the breakfast buffet was good as well

Taste of food... breakfast items

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very neat, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with many shopping places and coffee shops within easy walking distance.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered a great dining experience. The front office staff welcomed guests with warm smiles and were always happy to provide local information and guidance whenever needed.
A special thanks to Mr. Lince Rozario for his outstanding hospitality. He is incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Every evening, after returning to the hotel tired from work, his warm smile and friendly welcome made me feel refreshed and energized. His excellent service truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

After 20 hours of travel, arriving at Lakeshore Suites was a breath of fresh air. I was immediately welcomed by two wonderful security guards and a refreshing glass of watermelon juice while I waited for my room. The staff could not have been more helpful, kindly taking my bags up for me so I could finally relax. A special thank you to Mr. Khalid from the security team, who graciously helped me navigate the city and showed me the best local spots. Whether you are traveling solo, with family, or as a couple, I cannot recommend Lakeshore Suites enough!

A lovely hotel overall! I really enjoyed my stay, although I did miss having a balcony in the room. The laundry service was excellent, and while the pizza was a bit too heavy on the ketchup, the pasta was delicious.
