One of my best stays in Dhaka! Perfect location for a safe and convenient trip and great hospitality! The concierge named Mr. Khaled was particularly impressive, he seems like a genuinely whole-hearted person. Another guy from housekeeping(forgot his name unfortunately), was top notch with his service. Would love to stay here again in the future!
I had the pleasure to stay there for 3 nights, the location is nice because banani offers a wide choice of restaurants.
The hotel is very clean with large bedrooms but the best is the staff : especially Shnopil & Mahmoud doing such a great job and very helpful. My stay was a success because of them, thanks again
太吵了！真的太吵了！整个房间都在震动！管理稀烂！本来好好的酒店，却不关注房客的利益优先，让周末变成夜吧专场，无语至极！Noise ruined all passions. Poor management makes it more like night club rather than hotel!
I had a very pleasant stay at Lakeshore Suite. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and even the security team was warm and welcoming. I was greeted every morning with a smile, which made the stay feel especially comfortable and homely. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the hospitality shown by everyone.

Han an amazing experience once again with my fiancee during our stay. The stuff are all nice, helpful and the food is top notch! I must recommend you all to try their spaghetti Bolognese.
We stayed in the Lakeshore Suite in Bangladesh and overall had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a perfectly serviceable bathroom. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the location is excellent for accessing Banani and Gulshan.
There are a few small areas for improvement. We were only provided with one room key card despite requesting a second, the gym looks a little tired and could do with better upkeep, and the in room fridge contained chargeable drinks without particularly clear signage. The television in the room also did not work during our stay.
That said, these were relatively minor issues and did not detract significantly from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Overall, it represents good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

An absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The restaurant food is emaculate.
Above all it feels like home thanks to the deco as well as the wonderful and warm staff who make you feel like part of a family and very special.
I will definitely stay here again when I return to Dhaka. I already feel sad about checking out today.
