I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were kind. I strongly felt that I would like to stay here again when I come back to Bangladesh. This is a wonderful hotel.

If I had to sum up my experience at Lakeshore Suites Hotel in Dhaka in just one word, it would be “FAMILY.”

There is simply no better way to describe this truly one-of-a-kind hotel team. From the executives in sales and marketing to the front-desk receptionists, wonderful bellmen, amazing restaurant staff, and even the friendly security guards, everyone made me feel like I was part of one big, warm-hearted family.

Their outstanding and genuinely personal customer service is what made me want to stay at the same hotel again.

I’m not saying this simply because I was kindly upgraded to a more premium room for the same price as a lower-category Deluxe room. I’m saying it because, throughout my stay, the entire team made me feel like a million dollars.

The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. But what truly sets Lakeshore Suites apart is the people. There always seemed to be someone willing to go the extra mile to make me feel welcome and looked after.

From the moment you walk through the door and check in, you are greeted with genuine smiles and warmth. At the restaurant on the first floor, the head chefs and their team provided exceptional service and paid close attention to my needs. I also have a food allergy, and the head chef and restaurant staff went far beyond what I expected by preparing separate meals specifically to accommodate me. That level of care meant a great deal to me.

Then there are the smiling bellmen, friendly receptionists, and security guards who would stand and salute as I entered and left the hotel, making me feel like I was the president of some country!

But one particular experience will stay with me for a very long time.

One evening, after a long day exploring Dhaka, I unfortunately stepped into an open roadside sewage ditch. My entire shoe and foot were covered in disgusting, muddy waste up to my ankle. When I arrived back at the hotel, I felt terrible about walking into the lobby in such a state.

Then something happened that I will never forget.

A security guard named Khalid noticed my situation and, without hesitation, took me around to the back of the hotel. He personally washed and scrubbed my shoe and foot with water using his bare hands so that I could return to my room without feeling embarrassed or guilty about bringing all that dirt into the hotel.

To me, that is what genuine hospitality looks like.

Khalid is not the only member of the team who deserves recognition. I have a long list of people I would like to personally thank:

I know I have probably forgotten to mention some people, and for that I sincerely apologize. But please know that every member of the Lakeshore Suites team who made my stay special has my deepest appreciation.

Hotels can have beautiful rooms, great facilities, and excellent locations, but ultimately, it is the people who make you remember a place.

And the people at Lakeshore Suites made me feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and cared for.

Super nice hospitality and atmosphere, especialy 24 hours room service is amazing. Furthermore,The front staff upgrade room! When I and my girlfriend take in the room, we surprised for the masterpiece interior.

I liked everything. The entire staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, and there was a large balcony—I’d actually call it a terrace. The linens were clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was great, with something new every day. The hotel offers its own airport transfer service for $20 USD. It has a good location, right near an outlet store. The hotel is set slightly back from the main street, so it’s very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe to me; we went for evening walks and had no issues at all. For anyone interested, there are several bars nearby where you can enjoy local beer or other alcoholic drinks. I recommend this hotel.

The environment was pleasant, and the place was wonderful, with excellent behavior from everyone. Mr. Dhrubo was very helpful at the front desk, and Mr. Lince was as well. I would definitely visit more.

All staff members are very generous and full of hospitality! Mr Dhrubo and Mr Sami are very kind to arrange airport pick up and everything! They did many things making my boss feel comfortable, which is helpful for me !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very neat, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with many shopping places and coffee shops within easy walking distance.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered a great dining experience. The front office staff welcomed guests with warm smiles and were always happy to provide local information and guidance whenever needed.
