Pros:

Hôtel moderne, à proximité de la cathédrale et des rues animées du centre ancien. Grandes chambres avec chauffage, lits confortables, grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet.

Great hotel, superb location, good breakfast, lovely staff. Recommend.
Pros:

The friendly staff, warm welcome & recognition this was our honeymoon trip. They prepared our room with rose petals and roses, chocolates and gave us a lovely suite with great views of Puno city. Breakfast was good too🤗

Camere bellissime, spaziose, bagno comodo e bello. Le stanze sono riscaldate, grande pregio, doccia calda e con buona pressione. Posizione molto comoda e personale davvero gentile e squisito. Colazione ottima e abbondante

Le pareti sono molto sottili, anche se è comune in Perù. Inoltre le tende non oscurano la luce, si può ovviare con una mascherina

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, das Zimmer war sauber, warm und groß. Die Plaza de Armas ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great location and excellent staff, with very comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and all we needed to get us through the morning. The rooms were very comfortable but the bed moved a great deal at night - waking your partner in the process. The shower was very good and the staff were excellent. The highlight of this hotel is the staff - very helpful, polite and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed moved too much during the night, and a kettle in the room would have been good.
