Karis Hotel

We spent 5 days here, and considering the price, the hotel is really satisfactory. The rooms are clean, tidy, and cleaned daily, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The host was always in a good mood, available for a chat and helpful with advice about trips and food in town.
The best thing at breakfast are the croissants – I’ve never had better anywhere.
Highly recommended!

Small hotel in good quiet location 10 mins walk to harbour or beach. Clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms and balcony's. Good air conditioning. Good WiFi connection. Fridge in room too, we took our own kettle. Good value too. Family run freindly hotel. We had a night flight and we could keep our room for an extra 10 euro till we left which was great. Throughly reccomend for a budget stay.

Really appreciated by our italian couple for the central position and the kind family that manage it. Very clean! No traffic rumor. You can find all its possible and you can fell like you are in home place

Wonderful place. Most gracious owner and staff. Super clean. Short walk to bakery and fruit stands / groc. Also walked to beach. The route leads right through downtown shops. Nice way to see sites at a slower pace.

Hotel was closed. It was a building site. The owner said the hotel has been closed for two years and Expedia shouldn’t be booking guests. I demand my money back immediately

Hotel is closed for renovations and is unmanned. We arrived and could not access the hotel and had to rebook elsewhere.

Great small hotel a couple of blocks away from the center but close to some of the best restaurants in Kos. Managed by a very nice family!

Hôtel rénové. Chambre et literie très confortable. 5 minutes à pied du port ( mais au calme) et à 10 minutes du bus qui conduit à l'aéroport et d'autres bus pour circuler dans l'île. Très bon restaurants à proximité. Attention, contrairement à ce qui est mentionné, l hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner (cafés autour). A conseiller comme point central pour visiter Kos et des excursions vers d'autres îles.

L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro ma in una via praticamente priva di luce. La colpa sicuramente non è di karis hotel.

Clean establishment, good and quiet A/C, elevator, good shower, quiet street not more than 500 m from the port. Room was small, but comfortable, good bed. I would definitely stay here again for a short stopover.

We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. Rooms smallish but adequate with balcony, fridge and air-con. Very clean and linen changed daily if required. There was a pleasant sitting area outside hotel and drinks were available from the bar. It was a 5 minute walk to the harbour.
The staff were wonderful when we had a problem with our onward accommodation and so having booked for 3 nights we stayed for 7.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, tæt på alt, og alligevel i et roligt kvarter. Personalet er meget venligt, og super rengøring på værelset.

Posizione buona, confort essenziale, gestori gentilissimi, molto pulito.

Hôtel très bien tenu, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables pour un prix très correct. Situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, du port de Kos et des commerces et restaurants.
Le personnel a bien voulu garder nos valises après notre départ pour que l'on puisse visiter l'île le reste de la journée avant de reprendre le bateau, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Merci !

It was a wonderful journey in Kos thank to this hôtel who is next to the city center. The personal was very nice.

Good value hotel..good location..meet all your expectations..nice management..wonderfull spot to explore Kos. Altough two stars Karis is better than most of three stars hotels..definitely recommend it..

We stayed at Karis hotel for one night arriving in quite late. The hotel is walking distance of Kos Town centre and is a small hotel which is a little aged although some of the features are nice to see such as a 70s looking dial phone in our room. Everything was good enough though especially seeing as it was such a low price. The service was good, we were met at the door and checked in without fuss and then the next day we were allowed to store our cases after we checked out.

We visited Kos in a very busy period so most hotels were full. We found rooms in this small, family run hotel, on a quiet street, 5 minutes to the port. It has a very convenient location and is a simple but comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are small, however the sheets and towels are very clean and the room is cleaned every day. There is A/C, a small fridge, tv, a little balcony with a line for your wet swimsuits and enough cupboards to put your things. No frills, so bring your own shampoo or buy it in Kos. No breakfast is served but there are plenty of places nearby.
