The Staff are so friendly and very helpful!!!!
Pros:

The location, walkable, staff, breakfast, quiet, comfy. Ac/heat units a little loud for us light sleepers but you can turn them off at night and still be comfy. Fitness room a plus!

Pros:

This was my second stay for the week and ALL of the front staff were so professional and welcoming. The new staff members are great. The cleaning staff are friendly and take the time to say hi.

Amanda is always welcoming and professional. Sje is one of the reasons why we keep coming back.

Cons:

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thought we check in after 3pm. I gave my number to the receptionist (not Amanda) and she forgot to call me to tell me that my room was ready.

Pros:

Close to the university, spacious and well-equipped gym compared to other hotels, wonderful staff.

Cons:

I guess the breakfast is just what you might expect from a Best Western, not a lot of healthy options but a nice range considering the price of the hotel!

Overall, nice place, AC had some issues but we weren't there long enough to matter.
Pros:

Location was perfect, we had stayed here years ago when my son graduated from BGSU, and were here for my granddaughters orientation at BGSU. Rooms were nice, cute welcome on the TV screen, lots of towels, and other bathroom items, Breakfast was amazing ! Quite satisfied.

Cons:

My only complaint was the AC. It had turned cooler outside so we turned it down a bit, Then later back up, but it seemed to have issues. It would kick on and then go right off. After awhile it would kick on again and stay, but not very long and off. It did this all night and was quite noisy with the on and off, on and off. Didn't sleep too well.
