Poor experience!
Pros:

BB one night phone booking, what was promised was not fulfilled at all.
Very Poor experience including lobby, staff, elevator, parking, customer service & care.
Management is not even keen for customer’s complaints about booking promised services, no attitude for attention.

very bad hotel with very bad staff , i cancel my booking after i received the room , net was very bad - i don't like it al all this time , this was not the first time for me there but this was the worst , i will nerve go there again

Pros:

The hotel is still stuck in the 70s. There is a very long walk from reception to the rooms, the lifts would barely work and the place was quite noisy when trains went by.

It was a nightmare. I lost 2 nights of my money. I checked in another hotel.Aifu was a nightmare, AC never worked, TV never worked. Bathroom shower is so tiny after shower bathroom floor was flooded. Just one towel for 2 guests. Not happy losing my money, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not enough lighting

Its the first time to come but will never be the last. Its a comfortable place, polite staff, and we really feel as home

Also the food is so fresh and delicious 😋
