Would not recommend

Not a lot

Cons:

Staff were disinterested and fairly unhelpful.
Sent to the wrong room that had not been cleaned / bed unmade and towels on the floor and then was told there were no other rooms available. I was travelling with two small children so this was pretty distressing. They did eventually give us another room that didn’t really look much better to be honest. The room wasn’t very clean and smelled.

No clock / No toiletries / has a mean ledge going into bathroom that can easily cause stubbed toes.

Good value and perfect location for us.

Cons:

The curtains didn’t close all the way and there was a light outside our window. There were blackout curtains, and they were on tracks, but the tracks didnt meet in the middle for some reason to block the light.

Very pleased
Pros:

Read reviews was very concerning, asked to see room before completing booking, was totally surprised. Everything was clean with no signs of some of the things in the reviews. Very happy either way property and staff

Nice place to go with the family time!
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean, so the restrooms. Breakfast was good and the location.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee creamer (half & half). Only the first day and there was no more the rest of our stay. And the pancake machine was put of order all 4 days.

Do NOT make reservations here!

Do NOT stay here! They will not honor reservations and will place you in a different room and refuse to do anything.
I booked over 2 months ago and when I arrive we checked in with KATE. She gave the keys and room number and said 3rd floor breakfast in the morning. That was it.
When I got to the room it was not what I reserved so I went back down stairs and told her. She said call booking.com. When I tried to give her the reservation number she wouldn’t only say call booking.com while giving a snarky grin.
I reserved a king suite with a kitchenette and was placed in a double queen on the 3rd floor.
I called booking.com and cooperate relations, both tried calling the location to resolve it but no one would answer the phone.
The room smells, the light over the shower flashes and it’s not what we paid for or expected and they will do nothing.
This is by far the worst best western experience I’ve ever had and will never stay at one again. Several years ago best westerns were a great choice and offered things others didn’t, now they are worse than a corner hotel.

Bkfst was good not outstanding but very clean and well presented.
Our biggest c9mplaint Noone at desk.....no heat in room on cool rainy night and we were wet and cold.

Pros:

The room was ok

Cons:

The ice machines were broken, the pool and hot tub were closed, which we were not informed about until we got there.
The manager was absent, and let a young person who had just started , handle angry guests because there was no breakfast one morning, due to electrical problems.

Only stayed bc we had no other choice.
Pros:

It was clean-ish. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Very quiet.

Cons:

The pool had tadpoles swimming in it, the staff was no where to be found. Carpet was so dirty in the halls, and the small carpet in the room was filthy.
