Perfect price-quality ratio, great hospitality
Pros:

Perfect price-quality ratio. Excellent location near the central plaza, nice restaurant in a left side street two or three blocks to the left, beds are comfortable, warm water in shower is very good, clean.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers for us for a reasonable price. I heard about a girl who was sick and was well cared for by the staff.
Great breakfast.
There is a common area where you can sit and where there is coffee, tea and water 24/7.
They clearly listen to reviews and make adjustments. For example, there are large fans right now. The manager asked for our feedback and listened intently.
It was a silent as one can expect for a hotel with a patio.

Cons:

It can be damp and warm in the room, but the fans help a lot. An airconditioning would solve that problem, but it is probably not that kind of hotel and price.

Great home base to explore the area. Will stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and kind. Very good service. Our room was clean and away from the street so very quiet (restful). We also were thankful for being able to park our vehicle inside the courtyard (as requested at time of our reservation).

Cons:

There was not anything we did not like.

Pros:

Instalaciones hermosas, limpias y acogedoras. La paleta de colores en rojo óxido y beige da una bienvenida muy agradable a la vista. Todo el lugar impecable y el personal de recepción es sumamente amable. Un hotel súper recomendable.

Cons:

Sinceramente, me gustó absolutamente todo.

Pros:

Posizione centrale molto comoda per visitare Cobán, staff gentile e disponibile, pulizia accurata in tutta la struttura. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Cons:

L'hotel non ha l’aria condizionata e con il caldo che faceva in questo periodo si è sentita la differenza; la stanza era piccola e il bagno piuttosto essenziale.

Very helpful and friendly staff and appealing decor made this a great place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful common areas, good location, very helpful staff — and included breakfast. Also very convenient to both taxis and the out-of-town buses I needed.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey, compared to other places I stayed in Guatemala, and there were ants in the bathroom.

Pros:

Tiene parqueo, area para trabajar y la habitacion estuvo bien.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido lo sirven a las 7 am. Es muy rico y a la carta pero el viernes nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar porque ya eran las 7:20 am y no habia nadie en cocina ni en el area del restaurante para poder atender
