I ARRIVED THERE STAFF SAID NO AVILABAL APARTMENT AND I FORCE TO BOOK OTHER HOTEL BY MY BOCKET

Gli appartamenti di questo albergo si trovano in un palazzo situato nella zona chiamata MANDARA difronte allo SHERATON MONTAZAH proprio lungo la Corniche. Il mare è a due passi. Le camere sono dotate di servizi igienici, purtroppo la pulizia è trascurata altrimenti il giudizio sarebbe ottimo. Ciò nonostante mi sono trovato bene. Altro limite la distanza dal centro città: sono circa 25 i km che separano l'hotel da downtown ma non è ho sentito il disagio. Mi sono mosso con i microvan a prezzi stracciati 2 LE (neanche 25 eurocent).
Vicino, io ci sono arrivato a piedi c'è un suk chiamato MIAMI, molto suggestivo.

We enjoued our stay. The staff are very kind. the room are clean and nice.

i would like to say that we cannot consider it a hotel also we cannot even describe it as a one star hotel ,, we arrived on 17th of July and we found that our room has been occupied by another people , the other surprise was when we arrived we found that the hotel rents 2 apartments in a building and there isnt any of the staff members except the porter, and he said you have to call them or get back to them in the other branch which is located at ElManshya.when we reached Elmanshya we found that we found it was a very poor hotel with no air conditions and we didnt have any booking and the receptionist said that he couldnt get those people out of the apartment and this is the reason we didnt get our apartment and he offered to stay at Elmanshya which we refused and we did refund with 120$ instead of 150$ claiming that this is the amount of money which they acquire and the remaining 30$ is for Hotels.com
Kindly we need the rest of our money and it was really an awful trip with unrespectable people.

الشقق جدا سيئة لدرجة الحشرات تحت السرير والموكيت (فرش الارض)منتهي الصلاحية ومتسخ لاتستطيع المشي عليه من غير حذاء ولا يوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف مثل ما هو مسجل في خدمات الموقع لهذه الشقق والتكييف في بعض الغرف عطلان والحمامات بدون شطافات ولا بوديه ومتسخة ولا يوجد إنارة في الدرج فهو مظلم تقييمي للشقق هذه صفر
