The location was good. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.

Cons:

The room had an unpleasant smell and did not feel fresh when I entered. There was an odd smell coming from the bed, which affected my comfort. The bed linen should be replaced with fresh, clean linen, and the room and air conditioning need better cleaning and maintenance. There was also no hair dryer provided. For the price charged, I expected better facilities and overall room standards.

Recommandable place
Pros:

Great place nit too far from the airport. Our room was great, as was the effort of the staff making their guests happy. We had dinner and of course breakfast here, which was both very nice. Take the breadpudding, it is yum!

Wonderful experience: would stay again
Pros:

Everything about my stay was great. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me with getting around Dhaka (they helped me communicate with drivers or gave me advice in best transportation method) and due to an early-morning check-out, I really appreciated the 24/7 reception desk. Meals were always amazing and I also appreciated the room service option. I also got a room on the 10th floor which had an amazing view of Dhaka.

This is my favorite restaurant in Dhaka; the location ,foods, service are excellent.
