A Great Place to Stay in Dhaka
Pros:

I stayed at Platinum Grand for almost three weeks on a business trip to Dhaka. Everyone there made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's attention to personal matters made a huge difference for me. From complimentary water bottles replenished daily in my room to offering me my morning cappuccino for free because I didn't use the breakfast buffet, to frequent checks on me to see if I needed anything or had any requests, Platinum Grand staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed every day.
The hotel restaurant made it very easy for me to enjoy my meals without having to venture outside the hotel after long busy work days. The restaurant has one of the most extensive menus I've ever seen at a hotel before. And it's open 24 hours, a unique feature in any hotel restaurant. I travel a lot within the US and internationally, and I think Platinum Grand restaurant is the first one I saw that's open for dining and room service 24/7.
Everything I ordered from that menu was delicious: from Asian, Indian and Bangladeshi, to continental dishes, everything was amazing, and the portion sizes were great. The waiters took the time to welcome me and to check on me and whether I needed anything special.
Housekeeping was great and consistent every single day.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience staying close to three weeks at Platinum Grand, and I strongly recommend it for any visitors to Dhaka.

Great stay in Dhaka
Pros:

A lovely stay with very attentive staff in a very convenient spot in central Dhaka. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with swimming pool, and great dining facilities and menu options. Well equipped rooms with a stocked fridge.

Fabulous stay experience!
Pros:

I enjoy staying here. Very friendly staffs, great food, nice ambiance . I appreciate the cleanliness and room service. I appreciate the front office team, very courteous, particularly Sharmin took care of the smooth check in and helping us for transfers. I strongly recommend Platinum hotels by Sheltech.
Not only for the business trips, I also recommend for the personal trips. This is safer place!!

Platinum grand is my first home in Bangladesh. Whenever I came to Bangladesh I always stay here. Their service is too good. Every staff is very nice. There good also very delicious. Special thanks to ms.sharmin. She always helps us.

Pros:

The Caring Management, Friendly Staffs, 3 Beautiful Ladies (Reception, Entrance and Restaurant), Attentive Security, Superb Location, Nice Rooftop Bar, Comfy 5 Star Hotel Bed and Cleanliness Throughout.

Cons:

Rooms Facing Road a Little Noisy. Need a Smoking Coffee Lounge. Wonderful if Lobby Extends Another Lot Creating Coffee Lounge.

Specifically recommend platinum grand hotel
Pros:

Platinum Grand is my most favorite hotel. They have 2 type restaurants. 3nd floor restaurant is 24 hours open that’s why I like this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specifically Mr. Sabbir, Mr. Limon. All over staff is very helpful. Reception, housekeeping. I specifically recommend this hotel.
