This hotel is one of my most favorite hotel in Dhaka. I'm very comfortable staying this hotel feel like home. There service is wonderful. Specially front office team is very helpful.

Platinum Grand hotel is my biggest favorite hotel in Bangladesh. Whenever I come to Bangladesh I always stay here. Staff is like my family. Specially thanks to Mr. Imran he is like my brother. Ms Sharmin such a pretty girl. And Mr. Limon. Front office every one is very helpful.
This Hotel has good comfort feeling and very clean... The staff also very humble and fast react... The hotel closed with many restaurant like Burger king, KFC, american steak, DIY, Sushi Samurai and a lot factory outlet for fashion
I stayed at Platinum Grand for almost three weeks on a business trip to Dhaka. Everyone there made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's attention to personal matters made a huge difference for me. From complimentary water bottles replenished daily in my room to offering me my morning cappuccino for free because I didn't use the breakfast buffet, to frequent checks on me to see if I needed anything or had any requests, Platinum Grand staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed every day.
The hotel restaurant made it very easy for me to enjoy my meals without having to venture outside the hotel after long busy work days. The restaurant has one of the most extensive menus I've ever seen at a hotel before. And it's open 24 hours, a unique feature in any hotel restaurant. I travel a lot within the US and internationally, and I think Platinum Grand restaurant is the first one I saw that's open for dining and room service 24/7.
Everything I ordered from that menu was delicious: from Asian, Indian and Bangladeshi, to continental dishes, everything was amazing, and the portion sizes were great. The waiters took the time to welcome me and to check on me and whether I needed anything special.
Housekeeping was great and consistent every single day.
All in all, I had a wonderful experience staying close to three weeks at Platinum Grand, and I strongly recommend it for any visitors to Dhaka.

A lovely stay with very attentive staff in a very convenient spot in central Dhaka. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with swimming pool, and great dining facilities and menu options. Well equipped rooms with a stocked fridge.
