Suites are a very nice size and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need.

The experience here was amazing! Loved this place and the staff was amazingly kind and organized. Loved the room and the extra touches provided. This hotel was thought out to give customers a great experience.

The check out time of noon was a great touch. Gave us time to get packed up and eat and get ready so we didn’t have to rush out. The extra sleep was nice.

The pocket doors in the bathroom was def nice — not messing w doors and the extra space that provided was nice

The concrete floors are lovely and make it feel cleaner than carpet. Don’t worry — they provided slippers so you don’t feel cold on the floors. Wooohooooooo. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. There’s a safe for your belongings. The spaciousness of the room made it feel like we could stay there for weeks on end. The hotel is really nice and we will most definitely use this place again in our travels. THANK YOU HOTEL SYNC

Absolutely an amazing facility with the nicest staff! Clean and cozy. Tons of room in the suite. Love how clean it is. The shower head is AMAZING. Love the clean, sleek floors.

We were driving through Kentucky from Canada on our way to Texas. We unknowingly booked a room based on Google reviews, rather than our usual go-to brand. We were not disappointed. The hotel has a distinct look and feel, fully equipped and well-appointed, with quiet one-bedroom apartments in a convenient location near the highway. I also loved their coffee bar—great selection of restaurants within a short drive. Must try!!!

Clean and efficient. Bedroom with separate room of sofa and tv plus has kitchen and bathroom with spa shower. Whole place was extremely clean. Provide house shoes and ear plugs and large CATV lineup. Very pleased. No breakfast plan but was seeking a secure clean nice room for an overnight travel and late morning checkout. This fit the bill perfectly

We got in a few hours after arrival time. It was dark and the entrance is confusing. We went to the back of the building and saw some small doors, but were not sure they were open. It would be nice to have more signs for people arriving at night. We saw a bright light in front,
Got out, but it wasn’t the entrance. Overall, it was a nice stay. It would be really nice for long term stay. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a very nice coffee bar. You can wash clothes from 7-9 pm. The floors are like a shellacked smooth cement. Prob cleaner than carpet. But it does give it a somewhat cold vibe.i don’t think there are elevators so check if you have mobility issues. Extremely nice owner.

We had a great stay, the only thing that I would recommend is a continental breakfast. The shower could have used some instructions though.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite, starting with Yessica at check-in. The 2 room suite was also spacious with an updated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable firm with thicker than normal pillows which provided better firmness than most hotels offer. However, more attention is needed regarding housekeeping and maintenance. In the kitchen the provided sponges were used/dirty as were the cutting knives on the magnet holder. The freezer rack was rusted and needs replaced. The shower also had several dirty spots on the floor. The sofa was in need of cleaning and the pillows on it were in need of repair/replacement. The window shades in both rooms were difficult to raise and lower and the one in the living room had a tear on the back. The blinds inside the patio door did not operate properly leading to increasing malfunctions with each attempt to operate them. Finally, there were no USB ports anywhere for charging phones, tablets, etc. and the TV guide direction were confusing.

This all-suite hotel really suits our needs. Having a separate bedroom gives that homey feeling. Our room is always very clean; the kitchen has utensils and cookware along with a full-size refrigerator, dish washer, & range. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the coffee bar offers most any option you'd want! They do not offer any food service and to reach sit-down restaurants you have to drive. There are fast-food places within walking distance.

This is not your cooky cutter hotel that looks like all of its competitors. It has the feel of how hotels were in the past but with very modern upgrades. It was an enjoyable change. I recommend you give it a try if you are staying Bowling Green. It is very convenient if you are going to the Corvette Museum.

Awesome folks there. Rooms were huge! The slippers were a nice touch. Next time (and there will be)I will get one of the personal garages for the vette.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Sync and took delivery of our used 2022 Corvette (the NCM offers the delivery experience to any year previously owned Corvettes, not just brand new). We stay in room 316 and had a view of the entrance to the property. The room was huge with a separate living area, door to the bedroom, kitchen area, and beautiful bathroom. The 2 person walk-in shower had plenty of hot water and all the shower heads you could possibly want while traveling. There were two common areas...one equipped with reading nook and pool table; the other with a free morning coffee station and free laundry room. They even provide you slippers and ear plugs, not that we needed them. There are even garages to rent for your vehicle if you so desire. The ladies working were extemely kind and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here twice each year for a total of 7-8 nights. We love it here, everything is great. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed. The owner and team are very accommodating.

Room was a suite type with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room area with couth and TV. Room was very clean. Shower was A+. Very very close to both the Corvette Museum and Corvette Factory. They even have a few garages available for cars. It is obvious that much thought went into this property.

I didn't quite know what to expect when we arrived at the Sync, but the room and amenities exceeded any expectations I might have had. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel, and any request(s) we made were quickly handled. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Bowling Green!

Great accommodations, room was very clean and roomy. They wanted to staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out was very easy. Was sent a message prior to arriving asking what we would like the temperature to be in the room when we arrived. Also asked us if we needed the sofa bed made up before we arrived. Just an overall great experience for our stay.

STAY HERE. It’s thoughtfully put together, with homey and interesting touches that made me feel more comfortable. There was no carpet in my room, so the room didn’t have that irrepressible grungy smell that hotel carpet can’t help but give off; slippers were supplied so my feet didn’t get cold on a solid floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The whole suite was super clean. My room had a full kitchen, complete with dishwasher. I had a little balcony to sit on so I could rest and mull over my travels. The price for all this AND access to a free pool table in the lounge AND free parking was super reasonable. All the staff members I met were very kind and helpful.

Liked everything, especially Preteesh and other help - very accommodating- they went above and beyond.
