Pros:

This was just a small weekend getaway for my husband and me. Check in was one of the easiest we have had. The breakfast was awesome, the food was plentiful, and the breakfast workers were super friendly especially Reggie. The bed was very comfortable. Would have liked a few more choices on the TV channels.

Cons:

The shower needed to be cleaner on the bottom part of the shower and doors. The clerk at check in didn't tell us that we needed to let them know when we wanted the room cleaned as from what we understand should have been done. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. I understand this was a policy changed when Covid hit, but that was 5 years ago.

Major improvement re: customer service
Pros:

Had a terribly poor experience and submitted concerns to management re: a prior stay. Since that time have stayed here twice. Vast improvements noted in customer service and room care. As an elite member have come to expect high Marriott standards even at the smaller properties. Bowling Green personnel have adopted a more positive attitude toward guests, more welcoming posture, and accommodating upgrades. The housekeeping individuals are diligent in caring for the room and abide by requests for cleaning and upkeep. Highly satisfied with the past couple of stays and will
continue as a frequent guest.

Comfortable relaxing overnight in Bowling Green
Pros:

Marshall at the desk was great!
Close to everything.
Liked that they do not allow pets, I have severe dog allergies
