В отеле есть обмен денег и ресторан. Это важно так как отель стоит немного в стороне от центра города. У нас был поздний выезд - есть возможность продлить номер.
Рядом нет супермаркета или ресторана, это компенсируется рестораном в отеле. Если приехали на 1-2 ночи вполне нормально.

Lunch and breakfast were both spectacular.
Breakfast has so many options, anyone can feel satisfied, from the traditional hotcakes and french toasts to a variety of fruit and vegetables, starting the day at San Antonio was ideal.

Lovely room overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly - especially the young man on the bar serving drinks.
We didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked very appetising.
Only downside was that it was quite far from the centre and not easy to get into the town without a taxi.
Great hotel, large rooms, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Good variety of food selection for breakfast. Delicious food in the restaurant for dinner, nice bar area with open fire place. Located on Lake Titicaca with beautiful views across the lake to Puno and a jetty you can walk out on to view the bird/water life. My only gripe is that the hotel is located about 20mins out of town and there are no shops or restaurants in the close by vicinity.
The location was very clean and the hospitality was great. Our waiter Juan was extremely helpful.

Great location, love the staff, the hotel is clean with good facilities
There is a small but huge potential nature walk behind the hotel. The front of hotel gardens are awesome, it would be good to include the back of hotel landscape so guests can enjoy that hidden gem as well
Our room was fine with a lovely view over the lake. We had an issue with hot water in our room which didn't make for a good overnight. The hotel has nothing around it and is far from the town area however that wasn't an issue for us but may be if you are staying longer.
You have no choice but to eat in their restaurant as there is nothing else around. Food and service was very ordinary.
Views of Lake Titicaca and large rooms, loved the fireplace & Richard makes excellent Margaritas in the lobby bar - food was a bit average but the location is nice - great spot to visit Uros Islands and Taquila
