Fantastica ubicación, vistas espectaculares, y un lugar para conectarse con la naturaleza!
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, la vista desde el hotel y el muelle fueron impresionantes. Algo que no esperaba y que fue lo mas agradable, es tener acceso a la naturaleza por el muelle. Más aún, porque pude apreciar las vizcachas muy de cerca que al parecer están acostumbradas al hotel. EL desayuno buffet y la atención en el restaurante fué muy buena. Aunque en el almuerzo no hubo mucha variedad, y los precios me parecieron un poco exagerados. La limpieza y la fruta de cortesía le dió un toque particular a nuestra estadía. También me hizo sentir acogida, el coctel de cortesía.

Cons:

Algo que sugeriría es mejorar la atención en recepción. Creo que necesitan dar la bienvenida con mayor calidez, y estar dispuestos a sugerir o poner más interés en los huespedes.

Decent staff member and adequate facilities
Pros:

Cristian was an excellent member of staff. Very helpful, arranged/rearranged tours and taxis at short notice. Always very pleasant and courteous

Pros:

Чистые и комфортные комнаты. Мы были на 6 этаже - великолепные виды на город и на озеро Тити-кака. Отличный завтрак. Велкам дринк - писко сауэр.
В отеле есть обмен денег и ресторан. Это важно так как отель стоит немного в стороне от центра города. У нас был поздний выезд - есть возможность продлить номер.

Cons:

Рядом нет супермаркета или ресторана, это компенсируется рестораном в отеле. Если приехали на 1-2 ночи вполне нормально.

Spectacular!
Pros:

Lunch and breakfast were both spectacular.
Breakfast has so many options, anyone can feel satisfied, from the traditional hotcakes and french toasts to a variety of fruit and vegetables, starting the day at San Antonio was ideal.

Hotel Jose Antonio es un lugar para repetir
Pros:

Estuvimos en familia y todos disfrutamos no solo de las habitaciones sino del desayuno, restaurante para el almuerzo y el bar mientras veníamos la Copa. La atención en restaurante fue magnífica. Todos los platos estaban deliciosos!

Good hotel - just a little far from the centre
Pros:

Lovely room overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly - especially the young man on the bar serving drinks.

We didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked very appetising.

Only downside was that it was quite far from the centre and not easy to get into the town without a taxi.

Beautiful lake views!
Pros:

Great hotel, large rooms, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Good variety of food selection for breakfast. Delicious food in the restaurant for dinner, nice bar area with open fire place. Located on Lake Titicaca with beautiful views across the lake to Puno and a jetty you can walk out on to view the bird/water life. My only gripe is that the hotel is located about 20mins out of town and there are no shops or restaurants in the close by vicinity.
