Pros:

Familiengeführtes Hotel und Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Nur knapp 100 m bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und von da aus ist man in 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Gratis Parkplatz.

Pros:

The room and bathroom is very clean, shower water is with a good volume as well, 3 layers of curtains, cover most sun for a good sleep.

Cons:

They didn’t tell me about the Salzburg mobile ticket is for all overnight guests, In 2 days I took 4 trains, it cost €60, if they can kindly told me about this I could have save this money.

Also this location is far from centre town or rail station. And the bus stop nearby is still 10-15min walk. Turn out I took taxi 3 times for catching up trains in the 3 days I stayed. This hotel is for sure for people who have their own car.

There is no coffee machine in the room and the lobby does not provide free coffee for guests, there is no supermarket or shops nearby, I couldn’t even have a coffee till I reach central and find a coffee shop. The breakfast is €17 if you didn’t book it with the room, but I just want a cup of coffee.

The pillow is very thick and firm, like 15cm in height, and only one pillow, it’s not for normal people’s neck to sleep. I back to hotel late and the counter is closed, couldn’t find staff to ask for change. So for the 2 nights I sleep without the pillow. If they can provide two types of pillow with a normal height pillow will be nice.

Schöne Zeit in Salzburg und Umgebung mit gutem Hotelaufenthalt.
Pros:

Gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen! Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes. Leider gab es keine gekochten Eier - nur Rührei aus dem Tetrapack.

"Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa. Viaggiavamo in due coppie con quattro figli tra i 10 e i 17 anni. Nonostante l'hotel accetti ragazzi fino alla maggiore età, la sistemazione per loro è stata imbarazzante: piccoli materassini sottilissimi (5-10 cm) invece di materassi standard. È una mancanza di rispetto per chi paga per una quadrupla aspettandosi posti letto reali e non soluzioni di fortuna.. sebbene siano dei divani letto l’obbligo di un vero materasso e’ Doveroso
