Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'est passé pour le réparer alors que la réception était informée...
Il y avait un problème avec le rideau occultant... Ici aussi, aucune réaction, alors que le problème avait été rapporté à la réception.

Pros:

Hotel v pokojnej ulici, blízko zastávka autobusu, dobre dostupné centrum. Milý a ústretový personál, výborné raňajky, čistota prostredia. Boli sme veľmi spokojné, odporúčam ďalej.:)

Lokalita je super, je to kousek na MHD i do nákupního centra.
Recepční byla skvělá, měli jsme problém s Guest Mobility Ticket a paní nám ho pomohla vyřešit.

Op het ontbijt na was er verder niets te krijgen, dus elke dag van ‘s morgens tot en met ‘s avonds de stad in geweest.

Pros:

We stayed for one night. It is a very nice hotel in a quiet place. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is free parking in front of the hotel. It is easy to visit Salzburg from here. The bus stop is nearby. You can travel to the city centre by bus for free with a digital tourist card. You will receive this card for your whole stay.

Pros:

Good breakfast, perfect quiet location near two bus stops, train station and supermarket. Super friendly and helpful staff that made our stay very pleasant. Would definitely come again!
