I was expecting higher quality as per the photos and claim that it is a four star hotel.
Pros:

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They are nice and polite. I liked the location and proximity to airport.

Cons:

While I was searching a hotel nearby Dhaka International Airport this hotel came us as a four star hotel. So I was expecting quality as standard as four star. Upon arriving, what I saw was nothing close to 1 star. The rooms were very old, toilets were not that clean, there wasn't basic amenities like handsoap.

Avoid this hotel!
Pros:

Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid.

I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over.

comfortable, great value for the price. Very accommodating
Pros:

We booked an executive suite for 3 people which was quite big and spacey.

Cons:

the bedsheets were a little stained, the breakfast time could be prolonged to 11.but the receptionist was kind enough to deliver the breakfast to our room as we were studying late night.

Better thn expected.
Pros:

We were impressed by the size of the room which was more than adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. The restaurant was nice and I made use of the Treadmill often. Airport shuttle was great.

Cons:

Perhaps another restaurant, the AC unit in the Master Bedroom was not working as well as the other two mini spits.
