They let me have a late checkout, 2pm. A good option if you just want one night before your flight.

The buffet breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, including classic Western dishes and traditional southern Chinese breakfast. They also offer plenty of fruit and juice.

The hotel is conveniently located near Dhaka Airport. I arrived early in the morning and used the transport service. The hotel was peaceful, allowing me to get five hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Perfect stopover near Dhaka Airport. Just a 5-minute drive to the airport terminal in the morning with their private car service.

Such a wonderful business trip, they picked me from the airport on time ,check in service was smooth, front office manager was helpful.

Great location for Dhaka Airport with friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable bed. No issues with airport noise. Good value and also close to the metro station.

For this amount it's the worst hotel I ever stayed

The hotel is outstanding in every way, offering top-notch facilities and services. the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I always enjoy staying here, especially with the added convenience of their complimentary shuttle service to Dhaka Airport.

The bed was uncomfotable.Linens were old. Rooms are not nose proof. costant sound of vehicular traffic and horns can make one sick.

Very close to the airport and friendly staff. However, airport pickup was an issue despite booking and received confirmation.
Hotel is outdated and due for a complete renovation. Rooms were dirty, bed was uncomfortable and dirty linen, mosquito bites was a bonus.

Hot shower was an unexpected surprise. That was great.

Breakfast choice was very average and staff at the restaurant were wondering around but not helping or serving.

The airport pick up and drop off driver was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The hotel has a lot of staff but don’t think are being managed well to keep the hotel clean, hygiene and other maintaining.
Supervision is a key !!!

Overall, I won’t recommend them for spending $40 for a night !

Very noisy

Having booked through hotels.com arrived at hotel only to be told no rooms available.

Horrible customer service did not even offer to arrange alternative accommodation.

I had to go around a foreign city to find another hotel for my family.

I didn’t expect much given the price, but at the very least, I expected a clean bathroom and properly maintained doors. The bathroom was not clean, and the door appeared to be taped, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Disappointed with the overall experience.

Very quiet and very comfortable place to stay. Stayed there for a rest during transit. Lovely hotel. Would like to come back one day and stay longer.
