Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything I ate from the restaurant was DELICIOUS, including the breakfast buffet. I hung out at the bar after work and socialized with the staff. Everyone went out of their way to please the customer, especially Harol, Abigail, Jensen, and Samaria, who were amazing, gave excellent service and were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, wifi was excellent, hot water in the bathroom, mini fridge, elevator worked fine, right next to a mall, and overall, very convenient. I had an issue in my room in the middle of the night and Management resolved it in less than 15 mins. Even the cleaning lady was super friendly. Stellar service. Would come back.

Cons:

Pillows were hard but then i found a pillow in the closet that was smaller and worked fine for my head. I couldn't hug any of the other pillows while i slept due to their size, so I hugged a thick blanket instead. Problem solved.

Poor rate i was not happy with the rate charged at the end
Pros:

The price listed is not the same when you paid i was charged 40$ Xtra the rate listed was 180.00$ they charged me 239 $ very disappointed!

Everything was exceptional as usual, except for one small mishap.

Cons:

The fact that I wasn't allowed to take my breakfast to my room. I was told that I could only eat it in the dining room, which it didn't make any sense to me, I was working; therefore, I didn't have enough time to eat it there but in my room while working. I didn't eat the one for Friday because of that, but I ate the one for Saturday. Guests should be allowed to eat their breakfast wherever they wish to.
