Cons:

I was billed twice because the management refused to cancel a double booking done by a travel platform (not by me). The decision was left to management to forego the double billing by they chose to not cancel it. This is unfair and ridiculous as I'm very long term customer and so little flexibility/customer orientation is very disappointing
