Hotel furniture is very old and not clean
Facilities are very poor
House keeping are not clean
Towels are not clean
dirt in the room refrigerator
Extra fees for car parking
Extra fees for additional bed for a kid in a suite room with only 1 single bed.
Elevator is a disaster with very high waiting time
Breakfast options are very limited
No way to be a 4* hotel

I had a bad experience with the hotel.
The house keeping service was very poor.

Cons:

The toilet ceiling got leakage and dripping at midnight. Although they offered change rooms they offered single room dépiste being in double suite originally. Moreover, the flusher of new room was not working correctly. I have reported to the reception but no help.
