Very crowded and small, the beds and pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable, the breakfast buffet was very bad (empty dishes)

Location and room service cleanness,nice breakfast

Cons:

Poor tv channels and old tv , policy of no fast food to enter ,while no all meals inclusive pkg. Available , and i have tried lunch there as pasta which was extremly expensive and not worth it , nearly.
The ac was not working despite the hot weather

Es un lindo hotel, pero viejo, necesita una modernización urgente
Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que habíamos reservado, era muy grande con balcón y vista al mar.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas, al igual que el colchón de la cama. El baño es muy pequeño y la ducha no cerraba herméticamente, x lo que al bañarnos mojábamos todo el baño. En el desayuno no hay frutas de ningún tipo.

Very good but needs some improvements.
Pros:

Nice location, helpful staff.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable and the windows kept banging because it was windy. The breakfast was not very international, mostly Egyptian.

Pros:

The location is good it’s near to mall and restaurant. The hotel is very old no proper management the staff are lazy they don’t know what they’re doing. The rooms totally poor hygiene dirty old bedding,pillows,I found lot of hair under the bed sheets,carpet are dirty,curtains are dusty the air conditions smell dust. Rate from 1 to 10 I will definitely give zero. Very poor hygiene. Morning buffet you can’t eat even to touche everything glass and utensils dirty.

Cons:

Will not come back again.
