Our restaurants are closed on Easter Monday & Whit Monday. In July and August we cook for our guests from Monday to Saturday from 17:00-21:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Bad experience, never visit this hotel again
Pros:

Large parking, close to highway (not important for us)

Cons:

We booked “Deluxe Double Room Parking or Garden View”, but we have any view as our room was on the top and nothing could be seen outside except the horizon.
The room was different than we saw in the pictures of the mentioned “Room”: no fruit, no wine, no mini-bar. Even a bottle of water we were asked to purchase at the machine (it was first time in my life when no bottle of water was proposed for guests!)
Many people were happy with breakfast but not me (I am a vegetarian so there were poor menu for me). Moreover, I had to visit a toilet three times after the breakfast as my stomach didn’t accept the meal.

Tolles Hotel - empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, nettes, aufmerksames, aber nicht aufdringliches Personal, ausgezeichnete Küche, tolles Frühstücks-Buffet!

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon straßenseitig - viel Straßenlärm - das war der einzige Nachteil

Tout. J'ai presque tout aimé, en particulier le petit déjeuner, un des meilleurs pris au travers de mes nombreux séjours en Autriche.

Cons:

Malheureusement pas de clim. C'est le seul point légèrement moins bien, surtout vu la canicule. Mais franchement pas dramatique vu le reste de la prestation !

Consiglio questo bell'hotel , ci ritornerei volentieri.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato venerdì 10 luglio , prenotando in giornata . L'intero hotel coniuga modernità' con uno stile classico. La nostra camera era datata e con moquette ma molto pulita , ampia , con frigo e una piccola zona salotto. Il bagno cieco e con vasca anch'esso grande e pulitissimo e dotato di phon e prodotti per l'igiene anche monodose. La finestra della nostra camera dava , oltre che sulla bellissima montagna, direttamente sui balconcini delle stanze attigue e questo , se gli altri ospiti non sono educati, potrebbe creare dei problemi di rumore . In questo noi siamo stati abbastanza fortunati. D'altro canto, essendo la camera nella parte interna, ci ha evitato il rumore della strada principale piuttosto trafficata che scorre davanti l'hotel . . Il parcheggio gratuito e' ampio e spazioso , noi siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di cena e abbiamo trovato facilmente posto . Non abbiamo provato la cena nel loro ristorante , molto elegante, sebbene propostaci con un piccolo sconto. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo della camera, e' stata ottima, con una scelta varia e deliziosa, in un ambiente molto curato e con personale gentilissimo. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti di auto dai bellissimi giardini di Hellbrunn, raggiungibili anche tramite bus che ferma proprio davanti all'entrata dell'hotel . Di fianco all'hotel c'e' anche un grande supermercato, quindi la posizione e' ottima

Mah... proprio a volere trovare qualcosa, i distributori automatici di bevande e snack posti al piano mi sono sembrati un po' cari ... ma e' un'opinione molto personale
