Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent central location near beach, old town and port
Friendly, helpful and engaging reception staff
Generally good breakfast options (several guests praised it)
Comfortable rooms for some guests (good AC, nice bathrooms mentioned)
Quiet setting despite central location
Cons:
Rooms frequently reported as very small and cramped; some uncomfortable beds

Perceived poor value for money and extra charges (child breakfast, beach loungers)
Unreliable Wi‑Fi and occasional housekeeping/communication issues
Noise from neighboring rooms during nights reported by some guests

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Generally reported as good (multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness), but there are isolated issues: pool described as dirty by some and one guest noted housekeeping only occurs if a button is activated — inconsistent room servicing.
Service
9.6
Strongly positive overall: numerous comments praise friendly, helpful and fun reception staff. Some operational lapses noted (taxi delay, unclear housekeeping instructions), but staff attitude and helpfulness are repeatedly highlighted.
Location
9.8
Consistently excellent: many guests mention convenient location near the beach, old town and port; described as ideally situated and quiet despite central position.
Room Quality
7.6
Several guests report very small, cramped rooms and an uncomfortable 120cm bed; noise from neighbors also mentioned. A few guests praised the room appearance, but room size and bed comfort are recurring negatives.
Amenities
8
Mixed: pool and hot tub repeatedly criticized as much smaller than pictured, sometimes cold or poorly maintained; beach services expensive and Wi‑Fi unreliable. Some guests still enjoyed the pool when not crowded, so amenities are usable but inconsistent.
Value for Money
6.8
Multiple comments indicate the hotel feels overpriced for the standard delivered (small rooms, limited amenities, extra charges for child breakfast and beach loungers), leading to a below‑average value perception.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Generally positive but mixed: several guests described breakfasts as delicious or 'super', while others found breakfast basic and not up to 4‑star expectations; one guest noted extra charges for a child's breakfast.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall positive due to excellent location and friendly staff which often offset shortcomings. However, room size, some amenity issues and perceived poor value temper the experience for some guests.

A relaxing time on a beautiful island except for breakfast.
Pros:

Cleanliness, comfort and location.

Cons:

Breakfast time is chaotic. Only once managed to get a coffee in under 15 minutes, hence i only did breakfast in hotel for 50% of my visit.

Comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast. In need of updating.
Pros:

Property close to the shops & bars and chosen as within walking distance to City Park.

Cons:

Looks uncared for - outdated decoration & paint flaking on exterior.

Pros:

Location was great, easy access to the beach and Chora! The bed was very comfy and big and the steam bath was a nice experience!

Cons:

Due to the steam bath and the swimming pool inside the room there is a LOT of humidity. They do have 2 air-conditions and a dehumidifier that helps but still is not pleasant. I will recommend to add a window screen in the balcony door to keep mosquitos away and still have the opportunity to air the room.

Agradable y tranquila estancia
Pros:
