Perfect location, good breakfast, could do without the cigarette smell
Pros:

The location can’t be beaten. It’s steps from the Ribat of Sousse and the Mosque. The room had a good size, and the bathroom, while small, was functional. The breakfast was quite ok too.

Cons:

The stench of cigarette smoke everywhere, at all times. In the main hall, in the room itself.
The cleaning staff also was a bit eager to clean the room even if we still had an hour before check out. They kept insisting.

Très bel établissement mais....un peu difficile d'accès car à l'intérieur de la médina (pas très loin de l'entrée toutefois)... Petit problème pour ceux qui ont beaucoup de bagages car voiture garée à l'extérieur...

Cons:

La struttura è posizionata nella Medina, comoda per visite alla città storica. La casa presenta il classico patio interno con le camere affaccianti. L'arredamento e il bagno sono veramente minimal, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non potrebbe essere altrimenti. Buona la colazione

Non è facile parcheggiare l'auto vicino all'hotel, o almeno io non ci sono riuscito. Non c'è l'ascensore -eravamo al secondo piano- però le scale sono ampie e sicure

Pros:

Posizione ottima, all'inizio della Medina e vicina alla stazione per raggiungere Monastir e Mahdia con un piccolo treno locale, a molti piccoli posti per mangiare, all'ufficio di informazioni turistiche... Bellissima terrazza, con vista su tutti i tetti della medina. Staff gentile, sono stati tutti disponibili. Colazione abbondante e varia. Struttura bella e stanza grandissima, con bagno e doccia grandi.

Cons:

Zero wi-fi in stanza. L'hotel è molto grande, e forse la mia camera era troppo lontana dalla reception, ma non avere il wi-fi mi ha limitato, visto che stavo organizzando il mio viaggio quasi giorno per giorno.
