Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Salzburg.
Pros:

Uitstekend hotel in een rustige omgeving. Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtige kamer met ruime badkamer, heerlijke douche en een comfortabele bank. Prima bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. Dichtbij het station en het centrum. Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Salzburg.

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, enkel het gemeenschappelijke toilet.

Rundum ideal - grosszügig und herzlich
Pros:

Sehr grosszügig geschnittenes Zimmer, auch im Bad, genug Ablageflächen und perfekt sauber. Sehr gemütlicher, einladender Empfangsbereich mit Sofa, Sesseln und Tageszeitungen, der von Gästen gerne genutzt wird. Dass das Hotel familiengeführt ist, ist gut spürbar im herzlichen Empfang und der aufmerksamen Wahrnehmung der Gäste.

Totul f bine, persoanal foarte drăguț, cazarea aproape de centru si de restaurante bune, cu siguranță vom reveni.

Foarte aproape de centru, de restaurante bune, de statie bus, loc de parcare in fata hotelului ( contra cost)

Cons:

Micul dejun putea fii mai bun, iar salteaua prea moale pt mine.
Dar per total am fost mulțumită de cazare.

Proprietários revelaram uma total falta de respeito e hospitalidade

A arrogância e inflexibilidade dos proprietários fez com que as informações de check-in não fossem fornecidas. Assim, vi-me obrigada a encontrar de madrugada um novo alojamento, com prejuízo financeiro associado. Não cheguei a conhecer as instalações, pelo que apenas me posso pronunciar acerca da falta de humanidade e hospitalidade dos proprietários que deixaram dois hóspedes sem alojamento em pleno inverno, mesmo depois destes terem avisado em tempo útil que chegariam depois da hora estipulada de check-in. Já fiz inúmeras reservas no Booking e nunca tive uma experiência tão desagradável. Os emails posteriormente trocados confirmam a total falta de respeito e empatia pela situação.
