Otelin konumu çok güzel. Merkeze çok yakın. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve çok yardımsever. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Sıcak havada odada klima olması çok iyi. Kahvaltı oldukça doyurucu.
Hotel je u blizini centra pa se bez problema može prošetati do tamo. Smještaj je odličan, sa svim navedenim sadržajima i veoma je čisto. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi. Odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete.
This hotel was great during the summer months because it has AC, reportedly most hotels in the area do not, and it gets really hot in Salzburg. We literally kept the AC running the entire time we were there. We got upgraded to a junior suite (according to one of the owners) and it was fairly comfortable. There is an electric kettle, an espresso coffee machine and a small fridge in the room.
There were a few things we didn't care for but they didn't change our desire for being at this hotel. The first one was an issue with the shower door which didn't block the water from coming out to the outside floor. Unfortunately the water leaked outside the bathroom for which we had to notify the owner to come and take care of the problem. The other issue was the poor WiFi signal in the room. There was one small area on the couch where we actually got signal, outside of this area forget it. The breakfast was ok, nothing great actually and a bit overpriced (15 euro each person) but it was convenient to have it at the hotel.

Lots of room and it was blissfully cool despite heatwave going on. Lots of hangers for clothes. Transport pass was an extra bonus and all the staff on front desk were lovely. Loved the art on the walls!
Slightly longer walk into town due to heat but expected this. Could have also caught the bus but needed the walk!
Breakfast was good. Location was good. Parking convenient.

Staff were so helpful. Location is great. It had a working AC and a fridge, the room was spacious and in good order. Bathroom was clean and towels were nice and big.
Although location is a 10 - 15 walk from centre, the access to buses (if feeling lazy) is good. Quite residential position, and very helpful staff. Lovely little outside terrace for "sundowner"

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent—one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel is a safe 12-minute walk to the main train station. And to get to the old town was also an easy walk.
While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were extremely soft and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We requested firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were no better.
We were also concerned about the shower, as the floor became very slippery when wet. My wife slipped and fell one evening while showering. We reported the incident, but felt the response lacked the level of concern we would have expected. Additionally, the sliding glass doors for the bathroom and toilet were noisy and somewhat inconvenient. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Salzburg.
Het was aangenaam, niet gehorig en we werden in de watten gelegd door de eigenaar en het personeel. Prima vegan ontbijtbuffet. Voor ons was lopend alles goed bereikbaar. Er zijn bushaltes in de buurt.
