OVERCHARGE
Cons:

The hotel charged me more than the price confirmed in my Booking.com reservation. No explanation was provided for this additional charge.

I paid the amount under protest because I had to leave immediately to catch a bus and depart Peru, so I did not have sufficient time to dispute the charge at the hotel.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Dusche heiß und angenehm. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufmerksam gestaltet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen Frühstück to go, als wir früh abgeholt wurden und durften unser Gepäck während eines zweitägigen Ausflugs im Hotel lagern. Die Lage ist sehr gut, auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in den Innenbereich, man konnte kaum lüften und hatte kaum Tageslicht, aber der Innenbereich ist geräumig und nett gestaltet, daher hat es kaum gestört.

Perfeita para retorno após visita às ilhas
Pros:

Amei poder tomar uma ducha com a água forte e quente, especialmente após dormir uma noite nas ilhas do lago Titicaca (sem banho). Quarto bem espaçoso, cama confortável e grande. Ótima localização.

Cons:

Não havia box ou cortina na banheira, de forma que ao tomar a ducha, todo o banheiro fica molhado.

Pros:

Me encantó que la habitación tuviera suelo de madera, también era amplia y bien decorada, al estilo colonial. El personal de la recepción era muy amable y ayudaron en todo. Tenía que hacer el check-out muy temprano la mañana siguiente y se ofrecieron a preparar un desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

La habitación daba al patio interior en la planta de lobby-
recepción, así que no me hubiese gustado para una estancia más larga. Para una noche estuvo bien y mucho más tranquilo de lo que pensaba en el momento de entrar en la habitación.

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel y sus instalaciones, es muy bonito lugar.

Cons:

Hola, tengo una observación: el precio que aparece en la app no coincide con el que me cobraron en la instalación.
Además, están usando un tipo de cambio distinto al vigente, lo que incrementa el monto final.
Esto genera incomodidad.
