Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eher eine Abstellkammer. Hinter dem verborgenen Fenster war die Klimaanlage. Bei dien Preis von 330€ pro Nacht geht das gar nicht. Beim Ausschecken wurde ein Rabatt von 10% auf zukünftige Buchungen angeboten. Eher ein Trostpflaster.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel was clean, and both the pools and spa areas were well maintained and pleasant to use.

Cons:

What I liked less was the checkout policy. Guests are not allowed to use the hotel facilities on the day of checkout, and there is no option to pay for a late checkout — only to book an additional night. Our flight was at 7:00 PM, and in order to stay by the pool for a few more hours, we were asked to pay an extra €35. This was the first time we’ve experienced something like this at a hotel, which was a bit disappointing.
