Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt wurde vor allem durch das durchgehend freundliche und aufmerksame Personal geprägt. Bereits beim Empfang wurden wir herzlich mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßt und anschließend persönlich auf unser Zimmer begleitet – ein sehr schöner Start in den Aufenthalt.

Da ich an diesem Tag Geburtstag hatte, wartete im Zimmer eine liebevoll gestaltete Grußkarte sowie ein Stück Schokoladenkuchen auf uns. Diese Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich gefreut und zeigt, dass hier Wert auf persönliche Details gelegt wird.

Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Auswahl war groß, qualitativ hochwertig und es hat an nichts gefehlt – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Besonders gefallen hat uns der obere Wellnessbereich. Dieser war sehr schön gestaltet, bot ausreichend Liegeplätze sowie einen angenehm beheizten Pool. Getränke sowie kleine Snacks wie Äpfel und Nüsse standen ebenfalls bereit. Die Saunen und Infrarotliegen im separaten Bereich haben uns ebenfalls sehr überzeugt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem das gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio, das angenehm leer war und somit entspannt genutzt werden konnte.

Cons:

Leider konnte das Zimmer (Nr. 54) unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllen. Es war sehr klein, roch muffig und wirkte insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders die Sanitäranlagen müssten dringend modernisiert werden. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel empfanden wir das Zimmer als nicht angemessen – es fühlte sich eher wie eine Abstellkammer an.

Der Wellnessbereich war zweigeteilt, wobei der untere Bereich unangenehm warm und sehr stickig war. Die Luft war dort so schwer, dass man sich nicht lange aufhalten wollte, weshalb dieser Bereich von uns kaum genutzt wurde.

Weniger positiv empfanden wir zudem die insgesamt recht hohen Preise sowie die Lage des Hotels an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was die Entspannung etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

Great staff and spa, but the stay felt overpriced
Pros:

Friendly check-in staff at reception and great introduction to the hotel, thumbs up! Nice SPA and Gym area with refreshments and outdoor pool.

Cons:

The price did not match the quality:
*Main hotel and guest rooms are separate buildings and You must cross them through outside cold weather
*Breakfast is pure basic, seems a lot but it repeats
*Dinner was served quickly, but you can tell the dishes were prepared some time earlier
*Outdated kids indoor swimming pool
*If the towel is on the floor it means it has to been changed, not hanged up.

Alles war unglaublich toll, wir haben es sehr genossen , das Frühstück war der Hammer, Preis-Leistung klasse , tolles Personal, leckeres Restaurant u der Wellness Bereich ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

An der Hauptstraße u Zimmer , das wir hatten, war etwas zu klein. Es haben keine zwei große Koffer hineingepasst …

Pros:

Die moderne Bauweise, es war sehr sauber und die Küche war sehr gut. Das erste Spa, wo die Altersgruppe dieselbe war wie wir.

Cons:

Der Massageraum war im Keller und die Massage hat nicht wie versprochen 70 Minuten sondern 50 Minuten gedauert. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel.
