Pros:

Las opciones de comida se limitan al desayuno. No hay posibilidad de otras comidas. No hay variedad en el desayuno.
Las camas son muy còmodas. Limpias.
En general el hotel està en obra hay materiales de construcciòn por todas partes. Parece sin terminar. Nunca hay nadie en a recepciòn, polvo por todos lados.
Es una lástima que no esté organizado pues la construcción es muy linda y tiene una vista inigualable.
Si la habitaciòn no hbiera estado bien, las camas cómodas y limpias, hubiera salido huyendo.

Es una opcion para viaje en familia
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito solo a minutos de la Plaza Mayor de Villa de Leyva si vas en auto. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda para un viaje familiar. El desayuno incluido realmente es muy pequeño y una sola opción, la geste es amable aunque el servicio es malo.
En general es un buen hotel para un viaje familiar

las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes pero la limpieza es terrible. las sabanas estaban sucias, las cobijas sucias, el desayuno muy malo con los platos sucios.

Pros:

El paisaje, las instalaciones, cómodo, muy bien atendidos. Muchas gracias al Hotel por todos sus servicios.
Sólo hubo una confusión con la reserva pero todo solucionado en el momento del check in.
Personal muy amable y atento. Recomendado al 100%

La estadía estuvo muy buena, limpio, cómodo, volvería.
Recomiendo avisos o flechas indicando donde queda la recepción. un inconveniente es la falta de una puerta en la ducha, pues el baño se moja mucho pues salpica el agua fuera de la ducha.
Un lunar adicional, cada vez que uno requiere algo, no se encuentra a ningún funcionario o empleado en la recepción que atienda.
Nada grave, repito volvería es agradable para descansar, y cuando vi gente fueron muy amables.

Buen hotel cama muy cómoda, baño muy limpio, buena vista, buen desayuno y buena atención. Lamentablemente en mi estadía no sirvió el agua caliente y un tema menor es que la tv no es de 48’’ como se ofrece pero en términos generales lo recomiendo con agua caliente mi calificación total hubiera sido excelente.

Un lugar bonito, bien ubicado, tranquilo, con una linda vista, habitación amplia, el aseo es impecable, cama muy cómoda, excelente el servicio de desayuno en la habitación, personal amable, fácil el check in y check out. Muy recomendable!
Sugerencia: sería bueno encontrar artículos como espuma y sales para el jacuzzi, cuchillas de afeitar, paños para limpiar zapatos, etc.

Be Extremely Wary

I made a reservation weeks in advance but upon arrival on a Saturday evening (and after a 4 hour drive from Bogota) we were told that we did not have a reservation in spite of showing my Hotels.com confirmation number and email.

I am from the United States and have traveled throughout the US and the world extensively. The prorprietor (or manager) of the Hotel Puente Piedra was rude and unwilling to contemplate that we indeed had a reservation. There was another couple in the lobby that encountered the same situation. We were all polite even given the proprietor's rudeness and lack of understanding.

Luckily, we found another hotel but it was significantly more expensive and it really cut into our Saturday evening which we had planned for weeks.

ESTAFA. Un desastre completo. El hotel estaba cerrado, nadie abrió la puerta, los celulares que informan en la entrada no los responden, me cobraron la reserva pero no me prestaron el servicio. es una estafa.
