The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful especially Anna-Maria.

Cons:

Too noisy as the music of the bar was too loud and open very late till 1 am

Çalışanlar çok ilgililer. Yemekler gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Akşam yemeklerinde de çeşitlilik vardı. Odamız günlük temizleniyordu ve hijyen iyiydi. Gittiğimiz dönemde deniz dalgalıydı. Denizin kumluk olması iyiydi

Cons:

Otel şehir merkezine yakın değil. Önünde otobüs durağı var ama sefer saatleri arası fazla. Taksi kullanırım derseniz de taksi bulması çok zor.

Sehr gut geführte schöne Anlage
Pros:

Das Hotel wird von einer deutschen Familie geführt. Dies merkt man in allen Bereichen.
Sehr netter und kompetenter Empfang. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und obwohl sie nicht mehr ganz neu sind, habe ich noch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles hat super funktioniert.
Frühstück tiptop, alles was gut ist.
Komme bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Weite Gehwege, aber dies lag aber Planung.

Sehr schön, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage so nahe am Meer ist sehr schön. Auch haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit den frisch zubereiteten Crepes und dem Rührei war top.
Der Pool war einigermassen windgeschützt, was sehr half. Auch Umkleidekabinen und eine Dusche haben wir geschätzt.
Die Rezeption liess uns am Aufenthaltsende (letzter geöffneter Tag des Hotels) sogar bis am Abend das Zimmer behalten - eine echt nette und grosszügige Geste!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Leider gab es in der Saison, in der wir waren (Oktober) nie Sonne auf dem Balkon.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mit einem Korkenzieher, zwei Tassen, kl. Löffelchen und einem Kännchen zum Wasserkochen eher dürftig (Keine Teller, Gläser, kein weiteres Besteck, Schälchen, etc.)

Pros:

Staff was exceptional!! Location on Tagaki beach.
Outdoor landscaping and entrance, lobby, and pool area.

Cons:

The room was outdated with an old bathtub and misplaced shower nozzle.
Breakfast buffet was repetitive-basically the same options every day.

Jättetrevlig personal både i receptionen och i restaurangen. Toppenbra frukost. Fint poolområde och nära stranden. Väldigt nära till bussen för att ta sig in till Kos stad.

Fantasztikus volt a személyzet, nagyon segítőkészek voltak. Mindent elmondtak mi és hol található a szigeten. A reggeli is rendben volt a vacsorával együtt. Csak ajánlani tudom.
