The stay is satisfactory
Pros:

Breakfast was ordinary but filling. The reception staff was friendly and willing to provide information as needed.

Cons:

No kettle was provided. Neither water dispenser was available somewhere in the hotel. Location is a bit far from downtown

Posizione comoda per una sosta on the road

Cons:

Hanno aperto la porta della camera alle 7:40 del mattino senza che noi fossimo ancora usciti per il check out, colazione costosissima (35€ a persona)

Nicht erholsam
Pros:

An und für sich war das Haus für diese Zwischenübernachtung auf einer langen Fahrt gedacht und ausgesucht.
Im Prinzip erfüllt es diesen Zweck.
Ca. 20 Stellplätze vor dem Hotel, viele weitere in der Tiefgarage.
Zimmer und Bad klein und zweckmäßig. Sauberkeit gut.

Cons:

Vor dem Haus eine große Terrasse, auf der bis spät in die Nacht laut gesprochen wurde, hörbar bis in die dritte Etage.
Ausserdem vor dem Haus immer wieder LKW Verkehr. Hinter dem Haus eine Bahnlinie.
Obwohl alle Aussenparkplätze besetzt waren, musste ich fragen, ob die Tiefgarage zu benutzen ist. Diese Info kam nicht automatisch.
Der Frühstücksraum ist für an die 100 Zimmer viel zu klein. Um kurz nach 8 Uhr gab es eine lange Schlange vor dem "Buffet", das Angebot war teilweise komplett verbraucht. Im vollbesetzten Raum war es sehr laut. Dann fiel die einzige Kaffeemaschine aus.
Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr teuer, aber für kaum etwas zu essen und keinen Kaffee ist es dann doch wieder überteuert.
Wenn ich eine Zwischenübernachtung buche, will ich mich ausruhen und schlafen.
Das geht wohl besser an anderer Stelle.
