Schnelles Ein- und Aus-Checken. Die Zimmer sind akzeptabel und funktional.

Cons:

Hunde im Frühstücksraum. Für einen Preis von 19,90€ pro Person für das Frühstück, viel zu wenig Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Brötchen etc. Das Frühstücksbüffet war lieblos und wenig dekorativ.
Die Kopfkissen sind zu klein und flach.

Zeer proper bij het binnen komen van de kamer alleen de kamers na drie dagen nog niet ververst van handdoeken en lakens en de matrassen waren versleten waren doorgelegen. Ontbijt vonden we wel goed personeel heel vriendelijk

We stayed at Hey Lou Hotel in Piding, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was not accommodating at all, even though I had informed the hotel several times that we would be arriving late at night. When we finally arrived, our key card didn’t work, and I had to call the emergency number multiple times with no answer. Eventually a woman picked up and tried to help us. She was kind and patient, but I had to try four different cards before we could even enter the building.Once inside, the card still didn’t open our room, so we had to go back down again to the self‑check‑in computer. With her guidance, I finally managed to activate a new card that worked. She apologized and offered us free breakfast as compensation, and said she would inform the morning staff.However, when we went downstairs the next morning, the man working there was extremely rude. He didn’t greet us, didn’t listen, and didn’t give me a chance to ask about the breakfast we had been promised. He simply ignored me and said, “Check-out is over there.” His attitude was unacceptable, and it made me genuinely upset. Because of this, we decided to leave immediately.We had planned to book another night on our way home from vacation, but after this experience we will not return. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. It doesn’t matter how busy or stressed the staff may be good customer service must always be a priority, and the communication between employees should be much better than what we experienced.

Niet verkeerd voor 1 nacht
Pros:

Rustig. Hoewel het aan de weg ligt hoor je daar helemaal niets van. Goed bed en koele kamer. Eetgelegenheden naastgelegen.

Inchecken moet je zelf doen.
