stuff was friendly and so professional team specially Marina and all team really they were great thank you marina and all eastern reception team. other thing I wanna share that the restaurant and breakfast was fantastic.
I didn’t like the area of the bath room. It was so narrow to move. Overall, it works.

المسئولين بالفندق لم يراعوا وجود عائلات بالفندق وقاموا بأيجار الغرفه بجانبنا الى مجموعه من الشباب وكانت الاصوات مرتفعه ومزعجه جدا والفاظ غير محترمه وغير مقبوله وقمت بأبلاغ خدمه العملاء اذا لم يتم حل الامر سأقوم بالاتصال بالشرطه وهذا الامر خطأ ومسئوليه مسئولى الفندق
وايضا هناك مشكله كبيرة فى انارة الغرفه
مفاتيح الكهربا لاتعمل والانوار تعمل لوحدها والاباجورات بجانب السرير مكسوره ولا تعمل وهذا كله ممكن يؤدى لاقدر الله الى حريق بالغرفه

There were some positive aspects to the stay. The room was spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. The beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the shower had consistently warm water, which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to our expectations. The area around the hotel felt quite unpleasant, which says a lot coming from someone who normally isn’t particularly picky about location.
The breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection and very little that actually tasted good. I would also not recommend having dinner at the hotel, as this was not up to a good standard.
In addition, both the hotel in general and the room in particular were uncomfortably cold throughout the stay.
The shower had very poor water pressure, making it difficult to properly start or end the day.
The hotel staff and reception were wonderful. The room was very clean, and I and my family felt comfortable during our stay.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. Marina was amazing! She asked us everyday how our stay was going and if there was anything she could do to make it even better.
The beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels I have stayed in over the last 20 years!
The cleaners were very polite and did a great job of making up our room and providing us with an extra duvet when asked.
Unfortunately, the hotel, like Egypt as a whole, has seen better days. There were very few guests at the hotel, and because of this, one of the pools was closed and the breakfast options were limited.
The steam room- that we paid extra for- was barely heated and the steam was turned off 10 minutes before our paid session was due to end.
The area around the hotel is very run down, dirty and difficult to walk around. The roads were muddy, waterlogged and there were pot-holes and broken blocks of concrete everywhere.
It is sad that Alexandria did not reflect the awesome beauty of the Mediterranean coast that we were so eager to experience.
