服务可以达到五星酒店的标准 不翻新酒店也可以做一下床品升级
Pros:

服务很好 早餐很丰盛 咖啡机很智能 咖啡种类很多

Cons:

设施确实是比较老旧 我们入住那天电梯坏了 但是有工作人员帮我们绕路把行李送上来了最重要的是 床单真的起球 这个价位的酒店 一晚的价格足够买两套新的床品

I will stay there again and that sums it up.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and staff were hospitable. The facility is modern and quite suitable for relaxing.
Marina is a pleasant staff member who followed up with me post check out to ensure a fresh verbal feedback is received which is really commendable.
I will stay there again!

Cons:

The status of the roads near the hotel which doesn’t encourage for a walk to cafe or shops.

Great trip
Pros:

We were welcomed with a complimentary fruit basket sent to our room in the first day - healthy snack after a day of travel.
Location: very convenient, everything is within a few minutes ride.
Staff: very friendly, responsive, helpful, patient, kind, with a broad smile on their faces whenever they meet you.
Food: breakfast included in my booking, and the quality of food exceeded my expectations. We had picky eater children with us and they still found something to eat and enjoy.
cleanliness: the place is spotless. Room service was less than expected but as soon as I flagged that, they took care of it and made sure the room is well serviced and everthing is stocked..etc. I appreciated that they took the feedback well and are eager to do better wherever possible. Cleaning staff are so kind and good.
Blackout curtains to ensure you sleep in well.
I would absolutely recommned this place.
I will definitly be going back.

Cons:

Swimming pools were not heated. Water did not seem very clean. A little more attention to the pools and the place would even be much greater than expected and visiotrs would appreciate it especially during the months of October-April when the sea water is still a bit cold.

Wifi couldn't connect well at some parts of the hotel.
