Pros:

Das Hotel Atrium liegt fast perfekt. Man ist zu allen Hauptbesichtigungspunkten zu Fuß schnell dort, aber auch die Öffi-Anbindung ist top. Supermarkt im Kiesel 3 Gehminuten.

Cons:

Dass der Parkplatz fürs Auto mit 25 € pro Tag anfiel, erinnerte mich etwas an (gewohnte) Wiener Verhältnisse, wo fürs Parken ja auch kräftig abkassiert wird. Schade, dass es im Hotel direkt kein Frühstück gab.

Hade behövts AC. Minikyl hade varit bra. Någon tog av vår vatten som var i den gemensamma kylen. Lite slitna rum och hade varit bra med frukost.

The check-in process was disappointing. I missed the message asking me to complete the online check-in a few days in advance because I had dozens of hotel bookings during my trip, so it was difficult to keep track of all the messages.

I completed the check-in when I arrived, and I was told that an automatic email with the access information would be sent. However, I never received it. I waited for about 40 minutes while trying to contact the hotel. Eventually, I managed to reach the correct phone number, and they provided me with the information I needed.

I recommend updating the contact phone number to reflect the current situation and making it easier for guests to receive assistance promptly if they need it.

Also the hair dryer was not working, but this is not such a big issue.
