Chambre correcte mais sans confort, hôtel proche de la gare et pas trop loin du centre
Pros:

Proche de la gare. Assez proche du centre. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Aucun room-service quotidien. Chambre petite. Lit tout petit et très inconfortable.

Don't know whom to blame - hotel or booking.com...got informed about overbooking, thus kickout 4.5 hrs before occupying the room.

Pros:

The person at the reception was very nice and the room looked like the photos, the bed was comfortable. There was also a fan and a mini fridge in the room which is a nice touch in summer.

Cons:

The room doors are not that thick so you might easily hear other people in the hallway, unlocking their door etc. But it's not that big of an issue.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Emplacement proche de la gare et du chateau Mirabelle.
Accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Le canapé n'avait pas été déplié ni préparé alors que c'était prévu. Il a fallu aussi réclamer les serviettes de toilettes.
Au cours du séjour les lits n'ont jamais été refaits, les serviettes et les verres utilisés n'ont jamais été remplacés.
La première nuit nous avions fait l'erreur de laisser une fenêtre ouverte, et le quartier est très bruyant (circulation des bus et freinage des trains).

Мы провели в этом отеле толкьо 1 ночь и в целом довольны всем. Были небольшие проблемы с заселением, но персонал очень быстро решил вопрос и, несмотря на позднее время, администратор подошел к нам и помог. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию, достаточно чистый. Кровати удобные, ванная комната хоть и маленькая, но современная и с нормальным напором в кранах (кто много путешествует, меня поймет)). В целом если нужен вариант недалеко от вокзала по разумной цене, то этот отель отлично пдойдет.

Comfortable place to stay in Salzburg !
Pros:

This hotel was renovated and now it looks so modern ! Beds are not like the photos. They are more modern and beautiful. The bathroom too and there is a place ( kitchen with tables) in front of the reception where you can read a book or take a break. You can have breakfast with discount in the corner of the street.The hotel is very close to the train station and Mirabell gardens !

Cons:

The reception is only from 9 to 5 .after that you can whats app them but they never answered me. There are no lockers.

Cons:

Me cobraron dos veces el.hotel. Ls primera booking y la segunda el.hotel. Reconocieron el error pero se negaron a enviarme el justificante de la devolucion .
Mi banco me lo ha abonado.provisionalmente ayer pero no se si será definitivo.

"I was charged twice for the hotel. The first charge was by Booking.com and the second by the hotel itself. They acknowledged the mistake but refused to send me proof of the refund.
