Pros:

Very helpful manager and staff! Great location for train station and Old Town. Salzburg is a very walkable town to enjoy!

All in all, it was a comfortable two-night stay.
Pros:

We liked the fact that it was within walking distance of the train station.

Cons:

That said, what we didn’t enjoy was the trains running soooo close to the property - it was quite noisy till late at night. We also missed a morning coffee station in the room, especially seeing that there was no dining room with a breakfast option.

Idealer Stopp auf dem Weg ins Schigebiet.
Pros:

Ideale Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, in Zimmer und Bad fühlt man sich wohl, alles Nötige findet man vor. Man genießt Sauberkeit und besonders die feine Bettwäsche und die Tücher im Bad. Besondere Dank gilt Frau Anita beim Empfang. Sie hilft charmant beim Check-In.

die zentrale Lage, gut fußgängig zum Congressgebäude und Altstadt wie auch Bahnhof; Personal sehr behilflich, v.a. das Gepäck die Treppen hoch und runter getragen.

Cons:

wenn Züge fuhren, merkte man das zittern des Gebäudes: Kein Aufzug, aber das Peronal hat meinen Koffer für mich hoch und runter gebracht!

Die Lage Nähe zum BHF

Cons:

Fenster sollten nur bei Dunkelheit im Zimmer geöffnet werden. Ein Fliegengitter könnte helfen. Der Gerränkeautomat piepte laut und gag keine Gezränke aus. Ein Anruf bei der angegebenen Hotline hatte keinen Erfolg: Es war Niemand zu Erreichen und ea hat auch keiner zurückgerufen. Das Bad war zu klein.

Good stay, location and cost
Pros:

Good location, close to the central train station and attractions. good sound proof, staff were cheerful.

Cons:

Few modifications can make major impact: 1- Putting kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms, 2- Painting the doors, 3- offering plastic cups and cutlery for guests, 4- The reception is present for more hours.
