We really enjoyed everything- location to restaurants, view is spectacular, food is unbelievably delicious!

Direkt am Strand, nichts für Ruhesuchende
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am langen Sandstrand. Es hat viele Tavernen und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel wenn man kein Auto hat. Die Liegen am Strand sind nicht nur für die Hotelgäste, da es uns zu laut war, haben wir nicht gefragt ob man diese hätte reservieren können. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Duschartikel standen gratis zur Verfügung. Der Blick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Leider wurde beim Benutzen des Jacuzzi die ganze Terrasse geflutet und wurde sehr rutschig.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos aufgebaut und die warmen Speisen kalt. Es hatte sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer.

I had a lovely time because the room was wonderful abd the staff cared about you.

The room was lovely. The sun beds were very comfortable and the staff helpful

Cons:

The plants looked half dead. My balcony plants were dead!! It looked like it needed a bit of a revamp the style was rather worn. For the price I think a chef making fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast would be more in keeping with the place.

Good value for money and it had a nice casual and relaxed vibe.

The location was amazing for the incredible views but what made it really special were how fantastic and friendly all the staff were. The breakfasts were delicious and all the food was very high quality.

Lovely location, perfect for the beach.
Pros:

Friendly reception and helpful with local info. Views from room were magnificent and the beach was right on the doorstep. Food was also good and plentiful (large portions for breakfast).

Cons:

Not a lot. As the room was up a flight of external stairs, lighting could have been better at night, but this was not a significant issue.

Other than the loud music, we had a terrific time.

Hotel is right on the beach.
Staff were very good and attentive.

Hotel was very close to restaurants and stores in town.

Cons:

Loud, thumping disco music playing at the beachside bar in the afternoons. One night, a wedding celebration held at the property produced loud music until 4:00 AM.

Perfect if you love the beach club vibes
Pros:

We loved the beachfront location, spa in the balcony & coming back to a clean room daily.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre at best & personally, I took issues to the hotel team members helping themselves to the buffet. They could at least let the guests go first rather than joining in the queue.
The sunbeds are way too close to each other & uncomfortable.

A wonderful 8 days. Could not have been any better.
Pros:

We have travelled extensively and I have to say the service here was second to none. Could not have been more pleased. The entire staff could not have been better. We are at a few restaurants in town and in the beach, the food at Santana Beach was excellent. Better than all the other places.

Cons:

There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like.
