Bueno pero con falta de limpieza
Pros:

El cuarto era grande y tenía agua caliente, creo que fuimos los últimos ya que un amigo extranjero se tuvo que ir a bañar en el primer piso xq no tuvo agua caliente en su habitación.

Cons:

Las sábanas y colcha con manchas de fluidos. Bastante descuidados en ese aspecto y no tenían calefacción pero no fue necesario.

Sub-average comfort for a location in the city center of Puno
Pros:

Spacious room, the property allowed us to extend from two to three days (due to sickness) on the night before, the place is in the center of Puno.

Cons:

There weren't real windows to get some air in, but there were windows on the ceiling that let light come in in the morning (also this ceiling/roof glass panels were quite dirty).
During our first night, other customers in the room next to us arrived at 3 AM and started playing andean music from the TV/a stereo and talking over the music. After 1 hour I walked to the reception and asked the attendant if he could do something, he went to the other room, said something, the music went down a bit, but the disturbance continued. After another hour I went asking again, the music got even lower and the guys went quieter, but continued talking. After a while I managed to sleep for one hour before having to wake up.
In three days of our stay no cleaning service was done: I don't care if they make up our bed, but they didn't empty the trash bin (note that used toilet paper goes in the bin in Peru).

The hotel is good at location
Pros:

I already check in, but they said I can use the kitchen for hot water only. I need to cook. The boss arranged the car to change the hostel for me immediately.
They should remove "shared kitchen"

Pros:

Friendly and prompt breakfast when included; first floor rooms available. Great location and value, friendly staff and owner.

Cons:

Shower floors need to slope down towards drain, or the water pools up.

Pros:

For the price and location it was great. The bed was comfy, the shower hot and a basic breakfast is included in the price. The staff is friendly. Overall I was very happy with my choice

When I checked out at 6.00 am, nobody was there. I had to look for the front door key to get out
