Fabuloso
Pros:

Excelente la habitación. Moderna. Espaciosa. Todo súper limpio Con cortinas tipo black out dobles y un ventanal bien grande q permitía una excelente ventilación. Baño C gel de ducha y shampoo a disposición además del perfecto estado de higiene.

Good for a short stay!
Pros:

Very helpful staff - dealt with issues promptly. Happy to book us an early morning taxi (that actually turned up on time!).

Rooms were comfortable and not too cold. Beds were cosy with lots of blankets.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Issues with hot water in room - had to run tap for 15 minutes before it got hot.

WiFi was super spotty even after being reset.

Pros:

Tout le personnel est sympathique . On a pu prendre un petit déjeuner à 5h40, comme nous partions à 5h50. Le personnel de l'accueil nous a trouvé un taxi à. 10 soles pour le Terminal Terrestre à 5h50. Le petit-déjeuner est assez complet ( café, jus ,œufs, jambon jambon, fromage,pain). L'hôtel est propre et très bien situé ( plaza mayor). Le ménage est fait chaque jour.

Cons:

Il fait froid mais il y a des couvertures supplémentaires . Il n''y a pas de de produit de douche, seulement des petits savons. Il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux.

Las habitaciones son cálidas, no se sienten nada de frío y las camas son suaves. El desayuno es agradable y contundente.

Cons:

Un poco más de supervisión porque todavía hay huéspedes con actitudes racistas y discriminatorias.

It was very cold when we stayed and there was only 1 heater available for the whole hotel so we had to share or not use it.

Really good value
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful. They allowed me an early check-in, gave me a cork-screw, a wine glass, and even a heater, which was essential in such a cold environment. The place is central and well-located. The TV screen is even larger than at my home. The shower was hot and strong. This is a great value.

Cons:

Some fruit would be nice for breakfast, but for this price, I don't complain.
