Ljubazno osoblje, naručili su nam rani taxi, dali nam namirnice za doručak u 5:00, čistoća.
U kupaonici bi trebalo biti sušilo za kosu, toplu vodu u tušu treba čekati 10 minuta.
Lo más bonito de todo fue la habitación muy calido pese al frio de la ciudad. La atención fue 10/10 desde que uno ingresa con los recepcionistas y el personal de limpieza, cocina , etc

En la ciudad de noche la temperatura es bajo cero y no tiene calefacción, casi me da hipotermia dentro de la habitación.

De douches zijn niet warm. Ook nadat wij van kamer waren gewisseld, had de kamer geen warme douche.
Het ontbijt is geen ‘Amerikaans’ ontbijt, zoals online staat aangegeven. Het is het standaard Peruaanse ontbijt en daarnaast is het ‘buffet’ heel mager. Meestal als wij kwamen was alles op en moesten we vragen of ze nog wat brood, sap en kaas konden pakken voor ons.
De ontbijtzaal was daarnaast super koud! Het personeel liep binnen rond in dikke winterjassen.

Excelente la habitación. Moderna. Espaciosa. Todo súper limpio Con cortinas tipo black out dobles y un ventanal bien grande q permitía una excelente ventilación. Baño C gel de ducha y shampoo a disposición además del perfecto estado de higiene.

Very helpful staff - dealt with issues promptly. Happy to book us an early morning taxi (that actually turned up on time!).
Rooms were comfortable and not too cold. Beds were cosy with lots of blankets.
Breakfast was good.
Issues with hot water in room - had to run tap for 15 minutes before it got hot.
WiFi was super spotty even after being reset.
