Pros:

Me dieron la habitación 211 en donde el baño No tenia agua caliente en la ducha reclame durante tres días y me cambiaron de cuarto ya cuando me estuve aseando en el cuarto de mi hija y tampoco hacían el aseo diario a los baños y las camas
Será que hubo una represalias en mi contra por reclamar en la pagina que no tenia reservacion y el maltrato del servicio fue malo además de haber pagado por adelantado lo pactado
