Breakfast was the only thing that was ok

The staff are helpful and cooperative.
The room I stayed in has a window but is sealed. So, we could not see anything outside, and there was no veranda. So if we cannot see anything outside, staying in the room is no comfort.
There was a bad odor once I got in the room, so I realized because the window could not open, the bad odor was produced once the guest left and turned off the AC. Although I have seen they have left open the doors in other empty rooms for the same reasons, it will not help.
The staff in the reception were very polite and checked me in without a problem, correcting the mistake made by Booking.com of two single beds to a larger single bed.
I was very satisfied except for not having an outlet near the water kettle.
Really break quality is good but you could do it best. items should be more really and it will not cost you more.

AS I explained above including sound proof will be additional advantages.
just some sound proof window glass and door sound can be reduce by adding some insulation protection.
Security guard very helpful
They lied about airport tranfert. They dont have it. I've mail day before i come to check. They ask me all my flight detail. Guess what ? No driver at the airport. The reason, they dont have a car. Car is broken...

I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving.
First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests!
On check out, the receptionist gave me the bill and attempted to take full payment for the room even though I had paid online. He also tried to charge me 4000BDT transfer to and from DAC airport even though they told me the cost was 1000BDT on the phone before I booked. He called his boss and said I am causing 'jamela' and refusing to pay though I explained I had already paid online and that I won't agree to pay the 4k transfer fees when they told me it's be 2k round trip.
Terrible experience, don't stay here.
