Es un lugar muy bonito
NO hacen respetar la privacidad y el silencio. Me toco la entancia de gente muy bullosa que se ubicaron en mesas justo justo a mi habitacion y no hicieron nada pera mejorar el ruido. Estas personas jugaron rieron e incomodaron mucho. Si yo quiero descansar en cualquier momento del dia con esos personajes no se pudo y la Administracion no hizo nada para solucionar el problema. Creo que todos tenemos derecho a descansar y respetar a los demas.
Todo nos pareció fantástico, la atención, el desayuno, las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, los espacios para descansar, la ubicación cerca de todo pero no tanto como para que haya ruido, el parqueadero en las mismas instalaciones, Ximena y Alvaro siempre pendientes hasta del mínimo detalle.
Me encantó la comodidad de la habitación, la cama, almohadas, ropa de cama, la tranquilidad y oscuridad de la habitación garantizan un gran descanso. El desayuno también delicioso y muy completo.
Todo estuvo excelente
Está muy bien cuidado el hotel, amamos el silencio en la noche y dormimos muy bien. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y de muy buen gusto. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, completo. La atención fue increíble desde el minuto uno! Gracias a Francisco y a todo el staff. Esperamos volver.

The pictures online do not do this place justice. It a gorgeous and cozy little lodge in a magical little town that almost has a european feel to it. Staff, like everywhere in Colombia, is very friendly. The owner, Ximena, is very attentive and responsive to any questions and inquiries you might have. Her personal attention and the small extra details makes her place stand out from the others. The bed very comfy and you get a pillow menu with 3 different types of pillows. Amenities of high quality, turndown service where they leave you a pitcher of water and something sweet, daily housekeeping. All in all, 2 thumbs up. We would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone who appreciates genuine hospitality. (Tip in town: La Galleta for the Milhoja and Chuska for the Arrachera and croquetas de yucca)
The only thing that we personally would have loved is a better piece of bread in the bread basket or switch it to an arepa.

Estaban haciendo reparaciones en la calle de la entrada al hotel, pero eso no trajo mayores inconvenientes
The property is well kept and very comfortable. They have a great library in reception. The breakfast and coffee and servers were wonderful.
I would hope they will install a room safe in their rooms and "do not disturb" sign for the door.
