We enjoyed our time in the Lobby, very big, nice furniture
Pros:

Every thing in the room was fine, the air condition, the light the bed, the bath.
Dining room is nice and clean the worker are very nice.
The location close to a store "Big Fashion" was good for my wife and kids, they love shopping.

ممتاز للإقامة في والذهاب لمدن الجبل الأسود والعودة في نفس اليوم
Pros:

الفندق ممتاز ونظيف وموقع ممتاز لكن ينقصه شطاف في الحمام وباب الحمام لايمكن قفله.
احد الايام لم يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة مع طلبنا لهم عدة مرات.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and had a luxurious vibe with the big windows, nice carpeting, comfortable bed, and huge bathroom. The breakfast was good. I was also surprised how good and affordable the hotel restaurant was (I recommend trying it).

Cons:

There was no room service for the entirety of my stay. To be fair, I think if I told this to the reception desk, I believe they would have provided it, but I didn't mind enough to do it. Still, a downside for some people.

A nice and modern hotel

We checked in very late and it was no problem. Perfect place

The only minor downside was that you could not lock the bathroom door
