Better than expected, great holiday overall
Pros:

Great view, friendly staff. Food was great always something different.

Cons:

Drink selection could be better, we were not drinking alcohol so wasn’t much to choose from. Could have enjoyed some mocktails and non alcoholic ciders or beers.

J ai tout apprécié , le personnel de l accueil, les animateurs, la structure est vraiment propre avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Un grand merci à Mme Intissar responsable de la restauration qui nous a toujours bien recu avec le sourire et une gentillesse. Elle nous toujours bien conseillé sur les repas qui etais tres varié....

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm welcome made a great first impression.

The animation team was fantastic, bringing energy and fun to the hotel every day. Their activities and evening entertainment were well organized and enjoyable for both adults and children, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit.

Overall, the combination of outstanding reception service, an enthusiastic animation team, and a high-quality restaurant made my stay truly memorable. I would gladly return in the future.

Cons:

A disappointing aspect of our stay was that the air conditioning did not work. We assume this may have been because the summer season had not officially started yet, . Regardless of the reason, the room became quite warm and uncomfortable, and we expected a hotel of this standard to ensure that guests have access to a comfortable room temperature.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a fantastic atmosphere. A special thanks to the incredible staff, especially Hamdi Habib, who went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming, professional, and truly memorable. Excellent service all around!

Je recommande vivement très beau établissement sublimé par des personnes incroyables comme Mr Hamdi 😃
Pros:

Je tiens a souligner l’accueil, le professionnalisme, et la grande sympathie de Mr Hamdi de la réception qui a était vraiment parfait, je reviendrai dans cette hôtel juste pour lui Vraiment encore en grand merci.

Cons:

Je dirais certains membres du personnel qui font des préférences notamment sur les touristes au détriment et à l’inconfort des autres.

Extensive grounds, lots of space and places to sit and enjoy a drink etc. Lovely staff generally.

Snack bar could be better, evening entertainment could be shorter but better, our first evening there was live music in lounge, this should be more of a feature..

Etablissement 4 étoiles qui mérite amplement 5 étoiles!
Pros:

Personnel au petit soin, assiette de fruits dans la chambre, pension complète avec des repas à la hauteur et variés.
Rien à dire, l'hotel est vraiment super au niveau rapport qualité / prix.
