Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est le changement de chambre sans préavis, effectué en raison de travaux. La nouvelle chambre n’était pas de la même gamme que celle initialement réservée : elle était isolée et située juste à côté du chantier.
De plus, le dressing ne contenait aucun cintre, la housse de couette était brûlée par une cigarette, et les tiroirs de la coiffeuse étaient sales, avec des déchets de cigarettes. La chambre disposait d’une simple fenêtre au lieu d’un balcon.
Il n’aurait pas été approprié d’attribuer aux agents une chambre devant être concernée par des travaux deux jours plus tard.
Enfin, en cas de force majeure nécessitant un changement de chambre, le client doit être informé au moins un jour à l’avance ou au moment du check-in, et la nouvelle chambre doit impérativement être de la même catégorie que celle réservée.

Lovely clean hotel in excellent location

Lovely hotel in good location, very clean, rooms nice and comfortable, food choice good but could be hotter !! grounds are lovely and large and very well maintained, animation team are excellent and do a great job.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel du 20 au 23 décembre 2025 (suite 317).
Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l'hôtel Occidental Marhaba Sousse pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service irréprochable durant mon séjour. Tout était parfait : le confort des chambres , la qualité de la restauration et l'emplacement magnifique.
Un grand merci spécialement pour le sous directeur Mr Hamdi.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une étape ou quelques jours dans la région de Sousse.
Pros:

Grande chambre et prestations de qualité pour ce type d’établissement « all inclusive ».
Personnel très sympathique.
Très grand choix de restauration à tous les repas.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée car on entend beaucoup les bruits de couleurs (mais c’est aussi le fait de gens très bruyants)
