Everything “Our first time staying at this hotel and we were truly impressed. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special mention to the animation team who went above and beyond to include my son with ASD; their kindness and effort meant so much to us as a family.

The leadership and organisation of the team really shine through, creating such a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Tunisia, and this has been the best experience for us by far. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.”

Pros:

De uitgebreide keuze van het eten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel beviel het meest. Daarnaast waren er altijd voldoende ligstoelen bij het mooie zwembad. Er was daar zelfs bediening. Als kers op de taart kregen we ook nog een upgrade.

Cons:

Het entertainment 's avonds was niet helemaal mijn smaak maar veel andere gasten genoten er wel van.

Buena opción si estás en Sousse
Pros:

El detalle del peraonal de recepción de darnos todo incluido a pesar de tener media pensión. Hotel muy amplio, con mucha variedad en la cena y desayuno. Que pongan zumo natural marca la diferencia.

Cons:

Es un hotel enorme con mucho turista, no tiene encanto alguno en ese sentido.
Es un hotel un tanto antiguo en cuanto a mobiliario y le hace falta reforma en las habitaciones.
Tiene una bañera muy alta, no sé cómo entran las personas mayores a ducharse.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres très agréables et propres, le restaurant est très bien, le parc est agréable. Une mention spéciale pour la sécurité qui a pris immédiatement un sac oublié sur la plage et pour Monsieur Habib de la réception qui nous a bien aidé.

Cons:

absence de chauffage pour une semaine exceptionnellement plus fraîche. l'hôtel aurait dû remettre le chauffage dans les espaces communs pour plus de confort dans le salon

Having stayed in nine different hotels over the past eight weeks, I can confidently say this one stands out as my absolute favorite. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail truly sets it apart. It’s rare to find a place that consistently exceeds expectations, but this hotel does exactly that.

مكان رائع وموقع جميل جدا
Pros:

كل شي في الفندق أعجبني هذي كانت الزياره التانيه لي الفندق من احلي الفنادق الي زرتها من النظافه ومن العاملين وكل شي كان رايع واريد ان اشكر رسيبشن الاخ حمادي علي الرقي في المعامله والأسلوب الراقي .
