Geweldig vakantie met super vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De personeel is geweldig ook manager Toufik heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ook ben ik de schoonmaakster Hajet dankbaar ze maakte elke dag mijn kamer schoon en netjes. Super vakantie hier gehad lekker eten en mooi zwembad. Wij hebben genoten.

Hotelli on kaunis ja puhdas. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Allas sopivan lämmintä. Ranta lähellä ja siisti. Iltaohjelma viihtyisää. Viihdetiimi hauska. Ruokaa runsaasti ja monipuolisesti. Cocktailit hyviä.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel, vraiment une superbe découverte, l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Literie comfortable, buffet varié et animations en continue au bord de la piscine. Mention spéciale à Habib, Mourad et Fatma à la réception. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, charaftouna 🌺

Tres tres bonne accueil de la part d'Habb et randa avec un personnel adorable , serviable et a l écoute.
Du personnel de chambre , en passant par la restauration et l equipe d animation ,c etais un vrai regale ce séjour. Je voyage beaucoup et la je peux dire qu aucun défaut et apparu.

À recommander surtout en famille, il y a pleins d activités et c’est propre

L accueil d Habib et du bagagiste ont été génial je recommande. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels à Sousse et il fait parti des meilleurs dans l accueil

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour agréable. La restauration est excellente, avec un buffet varié, copieux et de grande qualité, offrant un large choix pour tous les goûts. L'ambiance est magnifique et les installations sont très bien entretenues. C'est sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel que j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir en Tunisie. Je le recommande les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le personnel est attentif à la demande. Le ménage de chambre était bien fait. Au restaurant les serveurs sont attentifs à la demande.

Cons:

Les animations du soir sont trop bruyante. Musique trop forte de 21h30 à 23h30 même avec des bouchons d' oreilles Le son est trop fort.

Better than expected, great holiday overall

Great view, friendly staff. Food was great always something different.

Cons:

Drink selection could be better, we were not drinking alcohol so wasn’t much to choose from. Could have enjoyed some mocktails and non alcoholic ciders or beers.
