Place with substandard breakfast and total lack of privacy and bad chemical smell from ongoing renovations
Pros:

The quality of this place has gone done, breakfast started half hour ago, but 1-2 main dishes are still missing, whatever presented are soggy like just defrosted from frozen food, rude and surly male staffers bulge into your room in the early hours without proper identification or causes, I always stay in Hilton facilities but won’t stay in this one

Nice, clean, quiet and the breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choices and seating. Just an overall nice hotel.

Everything was great, would’ve been 10 out of 10 if pool was heated as advised.

Everything was great. Location, cleanliness, room space, etc.

Cons:

The pool didn’t work (wasn’t heated when they told me it was). That was the reason we really selected this location. I was disappointed I wasn’t able to swim.

Great experience
Pros:

We enjoyed our visit to this location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Leslie did a great job with the breakfast. It was clean and well stocked. The food warmer was a nice upgrade from what we’ve experienced at other Home2 Suites.
Brandi checked us out and she was very nice and helpful. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. I was traveling with my parents and we were given adjoining rooms even thought I didn't request it. The front desk clerk was very friendly and provided a good, close restaurant.

Pros:

Comfort was terrible. Bed mattresses need upgraded asap (hubby and I both woke up with back aches). Stains on floor carpet in rooms. Food was good. Common areas were clean. Bathroom was spacious. Rooms just need more attention. I've stayed at other Home2suite hotels and there was no comparison. At best 2.5ish/5 overall rating.

Dirty carpet!
Pros:

I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this is by far the worst. The carpet was extremely dirty and also had stains that look like dog urine plus one huge stain. The room had a smell so bad that I was checking my family’s shoes to make sure they didn’t have stinky feet. Thankfully, it wasn’t the shoes! Ha! We didn’t go to the gym or anything. The bed seemed clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were clean enough. Haven’t had breakfast yet but hopefully it will be ok.

Pros:

Kruti at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the bottles of water given at check in for being a Hilton Honors member. The hotel was bright and welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel staff were very friendly and were asking if there was anything that we needed. The entire hotel was immaculate both insite and out. The room was clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room. I only had one small complaint. While the indoor pool area was very clean and attractively designed and the water was sparkling clean without the overwhelming smell of chlorine as is in many hotel pool areas indoors. But the pool was ice cold and no way to enjoy it. As we have a pool at home and the boys got to enjoy it all Summer, this was not a big deal. But it is deceiving as when an indoor pool is advertised, it is expected to be heated. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
