Home2 Suites By Hilton Bowling Green

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Home2Suites in Bowling Green, KY in April in what started out to be 1 night. I had to call 911 with extremely high blood pressure 210/115 and was admitted to local hospital. I can't say enough about the support from the General Manager, Crystal and her staff Gilberto, Brandy and Paula. I'm probably leave some people out.
The GM gave us her personal cell to call for any assistance from the hospital to the hotel, and further at the hotel. We wound up staying 2 more nights. Crystal even checked on us after we arrived home. On a scale of 10 I would rate them 20 if I could.

Our family of six had a great stay here! So thankful for a room to accommodate our bigger group. The staff was so friendly, room was clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was so so good. Would definitely stay here again! Two thumbs up from us!

We stay here EVERY TIME we travel to Chicago as our half way point. The staff is kind, helpful and thorough from the cleaning staff to the front desk!

I most recently met Gilberto and Brandi and they were awesome! Highly recommend and will be back!

My family and I just stayed here for the weekend. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Gilberto messaged my husband to ask how he could prepare for our arrival. He had extra pillows, blankets, and waters waiting in our room, so we didn’t have to carry them up with our luggage. He checked on us throughout the night. Leonard stopped to talk to us at the pool to inquire about our stay and if there was anything he could do to make it better (there wasn’t). He continued to check on us through out our stay and the next day. Saturday morning was extremely busy with soccer families. Leonard jumped into helping families get what they need knowing they were on a tight schedule. The ladies working breakfast were so nice and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff were so kind and friendly, didnt make you feel like an inconvenience. Clean, and comfortable!

Excellent Experience Hosting a Large Group

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites as part of a large group/business gathering, and our experience was smooth from start to finish. Coordinating a big party can be challenging, but everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

Claudia, the manager, was outstanding. She worked incredibly hard to accommodate our group and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Her organization, responsiveness, and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference for all of us.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall great experience. We truly appreciated the level of service we received and would definitely recommend this location—especially for anyone planning a group stay or event.

Pros: Clean comfortable large rooms with kitchenette. Newly remodeled. Quiet. Good location. Fine service.

Cons: Breakfast was meh.

The quality of this place has gone done, breakfast started half hour ago, but 1-2 main dishes are still missing, whatever presented are soggy like just defrosted from frozen food, rude and surly male staffers bulge into your room in the early hours without proper identification or causes, I always stay in Hilton facilities but won’t stay in this one

Easy access from highway and to gas stations, restaurants etc.

Everything was great. Location, cleanliness, room space, etc.

We enjoyed our visit to this location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Leslie did a great job with the breakfast. It was clean and well stocked. The food warmer was a nice upgrade from what we’ve experienced at other Home2 Suites.
Brandi checked us out and she was very nice and helpful. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel. I was traveling with my parents and we were given adjoining rooms even thought I didn't request it. The front desk clerk was very friendly and provided a good, close restaurant.

Comfort was terrible. Bed mattresses need upgraded asap (hubby and I both woke up with back aches). Stains on floor carpet in rooms. Food was good. Common areas were clean. Bathroom was spacious. Rooms just need more attention. I've stayed at other Home2suite hotels and there was no comparison. At best 2.5ish/5 overall rating.

I had no bad experience on anything. Everything exceeded my expectations
