Pros:

Great staff especially alexandra superb location at the beach and at the marina but not noisy great view great breakfast

Cons:

The pool was being fixed therefore we couldn’t enjoy the roof or the pool which was one of the reasons we took the hotel in the first place

Vreselijk het hotel zou dicht moeten zijn in deze omstandigheden
Pros:

Het wordt op dit moment gerenoveerd! Zwembad is niet open en wordt gerenoveerd en terras wordt aangelegd . Hele dag boren en slijpen echt vreselijk!!! Tot overmaat van ramp geen water in / wc/douche /wasbak na 21:30! Als je incheckt doen ze alsof er niets aan de hand is en vertellen ze niet dat zwembad dicht is en er bouwwerkzaamheden zij n!

Cons:

Dat een 5 sterren hotel onder reconstructie is. Hele slechte communicatie als je Boonen komt doen ze alsof er niets aan de hand is!

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen in sehr guter Lage am Meer

Cons:

Der Skypool mit Sonnendeck war geschlossen wegen Reparaturarbeiten. Das Hotel hat aber einen Preisnachlass angeboten.

Просторный номер, хорошее расположение, красивый вид из окон. Есть частный пляж: небольшой, но его вполне достаточно. Вкусный завтрак и коктейли на высоком уровне

Cons:

Не работал лифт и бассейн. Номерной фонд слегка «уставший», но производит благоприятное впечатление. Удивил растворимый кофе в номере

Absolutely terrible experience. We were woken up early in the morning by loud construction and constant drilling directly above our room, making it impossible to sleep or relax. To make matters worse, there was no water in the bathroom for both the sink and shower, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
The lack of basic amenities and the disruption caused by the construction ruined our stay. There was no warning given about the building work, and being unable to shower or even wash our hands properly was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Отличный красивый отель с прекрасным персоналом и вкусными завтраками расположенный в замечательном месте. Потрясающие виды из окна

К сожалению, в отеле шел ремонт о котором никто не предупредил при заказе номера. Бесконечное сверление, треск, шум не дающий возможности отдохнуть. В дополнение к этому кондиционер в общем зале не работал. Совсем. Там невозможно было находиться. На второй день уже в 7 утра начались постукивания и посверливания и мы вынуждены были уехать из гостиницы на целый день, чтобы всего этого не слышать. К сожалению, несколько обращений к персоналу не решили ни одну из этих проблем. В качестве компенсации был предложен ужин за счет гостиницы, от которого мы отказались. В результате последние два дня нашего отпуска были испорчены. Весьма жаль. Могло быть гораздо лучше за такие деньги.

Perfect luxury hotel
Pros:

It's a small luxury boutique hotel. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
Great area to walk around, with restaurants and the Porto Montenegro marina closeby.
Very nice sauna and turkish bath.
Great a la carte breakfast.
Free parking.

המלון נמצא על המרינה. שירות של הצוות היה נפלא ומאיר פנים, החדר היה מרווח מעוצב ומפנק עם נוף לים. בן זוגי נהנה מהספא וממסג' מקצועי . ארוחת הבוקר מאפשרת בחירה מתפריט ואינה מגבילה. יחד עם זאת באחד משני הבקרים נאלצנו לצאת מוקדם בתחילת השירות והאוכל שהוגש היה מאולתר ולא טעים. למחרת התקלה תוקנה ונהננו מארוחת בוקר מפנקת.
