When I booked this hotel, the charge was 7500 taka including the room charge, but they are keeping 12000 taka from me while checking out, so this is completely illogical.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Golden Tulip. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. The ambiance was very comfortable, making the morning truly enjoyable. The staff were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic start to the day, and I highly recommend their breakfast for anyone looking for quality food and a pleasant dining experience.

room was nice and bed comfortable, location fairly quiet, staff except Reception, was pretty attentive
they use their own imaginative exchange rate, which no hotel has done before in Bangladesh. This means to pay 11 USD more for two nights than confirmed by booking.com. This is a scam and unworthy for a hotel which calls itself LUXURY HOTEL and shows so called Rewards on every wall to be the "best luxury hotel in South East Asia". Breakfast is soso, one cockroache was running over the bread. The restaurant is full of mosquitoes. When we complained, they send a terminator with an electric tennis racket. Unfortunately all mosquitoes were under the table eating us up.
Tiles in swimming pool were dirty, all black and all the pool area needs a renovation, looks like they are up to it because when we were there some people came to discuss an upgrade.
This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel for me. I would not book it again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection; however, I would suggest adding sausages alongside the omelettes to make it even better.
Room service was prompt and efficient, and every staff member we encountered was polite and attentive. If you’re looking for a touch of foreign-standard hospitality in Bangladesh, this is definitely the place to experience it for yourself.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, Nishat, who made our check-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming. The welcome drinks were also a lovely touch—refreshing and much appreciated after a long, hot day.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and confidently rate it 10/10 without any hesitation. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Visiting here quite often since last 4/5 years, but tried their strawberry mojito today, made by Siam, it was just top of this world! It was soo good!!

Stayed here for four nights. Fantastic location tucked away on a quiet back street in the heart of Banani. It’s the perfect escape from the bustle of Dhaka. Rooms were impeccably clean, beds and pillows comfortable, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
