Ubicación excelente, muy fácil de ubicar. Desayuno excelente con buenas y nutritivas porciones. El servicio del personal es maravilloso. Todos muy amables y atentos. En general, las instalaciones son muy buenas. Espacios grandes, limpios y muy cómodos. Muy bueno el servicio para mascotas. Es muy recomendable el hotel.

La ubicación, la cama, el desayuno y el espacio para parqueadero estuvo excelente.
Tuve algunos problemas con el Jacuzzi que tenía un desperfecto, pero nada grave que el personal pudo solucionar.

Antes de reservar avisamos que teníamos una mascota y preguntamos si tenían disponibilidad con vista al cerro para mayor tranquilidad, a lo que respondieron afirmativamente.
Cuando llegamos nos dejaron en una habitación en un corredor con mucho ruido y la respuesta fue que no nos podían dar otra por tener mascota

No tiene restaurante, a modo de sugerencia la piscina debería tener climatización, no tienen servicio al cuarto.
