Very friendly staff, clean and nice place.
Pros:

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool, good location in Leticia but far from noisy center. Very, very kind and helpful staff, they helped us organize activities and were a big help in all we needed from finding a taxi or tuk tuk to calling agencies for tour guides.

Cons:

No complaints here.

Pros:

L'hotel est situé un peu en-dehors de la ville et donc assez calme. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à l'assiette, simple et bon. La piscine est très appréciable pour se relaxer. Les chambres sont confortables avec ventilateurs et suffisamment de rangement. Le personnel est sympa.

Cons:

Les bungalows sont en bois, avec moustiquaires à la place de fenêtres donc peu d'insonorisation des bruits environnants. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche (comme cela à l'air d'être le cas dans la plupart des hôtels de Leticia). Nous étions 4 adultes et la salle de bain est assez petite.

La piscina sin duda lo mejor, llegar acalorados y terminar el día con un baño en la.piscina fue delicioso, teníamos la cabaña familiar, con ventiladores, solo una cama con toldillo, mosquitera en todas las ventanas, aunque algunos lados estaban dañados. El baño regular, muy poca presión en el agua,
Las excursiones recomendadas salieron bien, nos prestaron ayuda con un conductor de confianza que nos ayudó muchísimo. El desayuno correcto.

Cons:

El hospedaje es muy lejos del centro y de todo, se tiene que tomar tuk tuk para salir a cualquier lado, muy mala cobertura y sin wifi en todo el viaje. Ni en la recepción ni en ninguna parte y el hotel no hizo nada para solucionarlo, ni siquiera reiniciar el router.

La atención muy amable, la posibilidad de solicitar transporte con el personal rapido y efectivo, la comida es rica y puntual, la piscina amplio y limpio siempre, cuidan muy bien del entorno y sus plantas y el aseo. He estado en varios hoteles y me agrado muchísimo la limpieza del hotel, realmente se esmeran en ello.

Cons:

No es que no me gustó. Puntos a mejorar, la disponibilidad de las piscinas no es clara, es un lugar agradable y lindo, sin embargo, no vi que acataran las reglas para todos como estaba estipulado como horario y conductas en la piscina, la ubicación del mismo , aunque facilitan el transporte, es un gasto adicional que no se explica durante la elección del lugar.

Super Hotel wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist!

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, super Pool, sehr schöne Cabañas. Nicht unbedingt im Zentrum, dafür aber sehr nah am Flughafen.
