Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa

Perfect place to stay for downtown events.
Clean. Lovely decor. Nice staff. Will return.

The property was quiet and clean however the website is completely deceiving. There is NO Spa and NO piano bar. The staff aren’t even there from 10p-8am. Very disappointing.

The view was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows around the whole suite. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great rooms. Easy walk to downtown

Very nice front desk clerk; service was good. Room was clean, interesting & with a ton of space; could have been 10x better with some higher end finishes and better soundproofing. Also - there is no spa here.

Let's be clear on this property; it is not a typical hotel. There is nothing full service about the property. We stayed two nights and did not get service in our room. There is not a restaurant, bar, or full time staff onsite. The housekeeper did stop by at 8 AM on our departure day to give us an unwanted wake-up call.

Apparently, the walls are very thin. We had one of two penthouses and had a couple of friends over to visit. The person in the penthouse next door starts beating on the wall and 10 minutes later someone shows up and says we are being too loud. No one was yelling, no loud music, nothing more than some adults talking. Some sound proofing needs to be done so guests do not get bothered for talking in their room. It is ridiculous.

There were three TV's with a stack of remotes. Only the bedroom TV had cable. Not sure what the other TV's are for.

The towels are lower quality and terribly scratchy. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The shower did not have a door or curtain so you were freezing half the time while showering.

I would not recommend this property unless you want to pay boutique pricing and get little value in return.

The suite was beautiful, the bed and linens superb. Unfortunately the internet didn’t work and the elevator was broken

This is the only place where we ever stay in Bowling Green! Just returned home from another great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kentucky Grand! One of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed at! They have huge suites, excellent staff & amazing location right in the downtown area! We walked across the street to their partner restaurant Hcikoy & Oak and it was phenomenal! Cliffs of Moher & Insomnia cookies were also a hit! Will be coming back soon!

There is no spa. Piano bar was closed. No amenities outside of the room you are staying. Huge waste of money. Stay somewhere else!

The suite was lovely and clean. Nice view from our room. Bedroom remote wasn’t working properly. No one at the desk when we went to check in. I had missed calls from them, so perhaps they were trying to tell me they would not be available. They were there about 4. Very nice.

Beautifully restored and appointed overlooking walkable park.

Great stay

This hotel is like nothing else you’ll find in Bowling Green. It’s a posh little boutique hotel that elevates the entire downtown area. Our suite had an awesome view of the town square and the rates are extremely reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend!

Wishing for more than one night! lovely spacious suite with large windows to enjoy the views. Very well appointed decor and comfortable furniture. Location was close to green spaces and fountain square. Best pizza EVER at Alley Pub and Pizza four blocks away made for a nice relaxing evening for tired travelers.

The facility is quaint, personable and not a chain hotel (big plus). We had a very pleasant stay. The size of the suite was unbelievably huge.
