أود أن أشكر إدارة الفندق وعلى رأسها السيد المدير على التطوير الملحوظ والواضح في كافة الخدمات والمرافق. كما أتوجه بشكر خاص للسيدة مروة في الاستقبال لمهنيتها العالية وحسن استقبالها، ولجميع أفراد فريق العمل على ودوديتهم واحترافيتهم الكبيرة في التعامل.

أشكر أستاذة مروة على اهتمامها والتواصل معنا لتعديل وجهة النظر التي أخذتها من سوء تفاهم حدث معنا عند الخروج ، وهذا هو شيم الإداريين المحترفين الذين يحافظون على العلاقة الطيبة والودودة مع العملاء ، وعلى سمعة المكان الذي ينتمون إليه.

موقف ما حدث ( طلب تعويض عن تلفيات بسيطة ) وتم توضيح وجهة نظري في الأمر ، ومن ثم تمت الاستجابة من إدارة الفندق بالتواصل معنا عن طريق الأستاذة مروة ،
وغير ذلك كل الأمور تمام .

الفبو والموقع وحسن المقابلة في الريسيبيشن والشباب اللى هناك زوق وبشوشين
المطبخ متكامل تقريبا من تلاجة وبوتاجاز وادوات طهي ونعالق وشوم واطباق وفناجين وكاتل ومكواه وشاشة سمارت كمان عشان لو هاجيب البلاي ستيشن بتاعك
بس تقريبا مكنش في وقت لاستخدام المطبخ
